Idc what anyone says epic paint is a fantastic company not only did they try so many times to get a portrait for me of my father in law and son but they went above and beyond in terms of service if you see any bad reviews of this company it’s complete BS I wanted to surprise my wife with the picture and she didn’t like it as much as I did (I never met her father so I didn’t know how to judge the photo) epic paint redid everything for us AGAIN and sent another one that took my wifes breath away thank you so much my wife and mother in law absolutely love the photo of my son with their father

This painting is a beautiful tribute to my husband's cherished memories with his mom. It's a reminder of the love that transcends time.

Dishonest! Do not order from this company! They billed us for over 215$ for something they never sent. We canceled the order after it was not received as promised and have been disputing for months! Do not order!! Terrible company!

I didn't like the result, one person in the picture doesn't look like him and the beard they put on him looks fake, like black cotton candy. Totally disappointed and had to throw the picture in the trash, $139 wasted dollars.

Had an issue with the original print, but they were quick to make it right. Had a new artist do another render which looked great via the proof. For some reason the original print came very quickly after I approved the proof, but this one seems to be taking a very long time to be mailed out, even though Ive already approved it.

Everything about Epic Paint is amazing! The work they created is incredible and their team’s communication is wonderful. The team keeps you up to date on everything. I received my order days before I expected to receive it. It was in perfect shape. I will be ordering from Epic Paint again.

Start to finish the process was so easy!! Epicpaint was not only simple but QUICK!! I ordered it on a Sunday and received it by the end of the week Friday!! If you don’t make any corrections to the preview they send I believe it makes the process go smoothly!! I was beyond skeptical but after doing intensive research I decided to go for it.

I got the portrait made for my partner who’s dad passed away when she was a teenager. She loves him very much and misses him dearly. Our son and her dad have the same initials and never got the chance to meet. This portrait is Epic. And I’m sure she will ugly cry once she sees it!!

I am well satisfied with the promptness of the service. I received the first proof for approval within a 48 hour period. When I chose to make modifications, I also received the proof in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with Epic Paint in the future. You will never know how much this means to me and especially my husband. Thank you so much.

That’s my tracking number that is not even in the system. I got the painting of my son and his great grandmother who passed. I paid a lot of money to skip the queue and nothing worked. Anything I could buy to speed the process up I did!

Got all 10 kids together with wife and myself.

Completely misleading on their website. If you want two photos photoshopped and slapped on a canvas for $150, then this is for you! But, it's actually "digital painting." No thanks, save your money. Totally unethical.

I wish I can give it zero stars. On my picture/painting my son’s eyes were uneven and grandpa was very much photo shopped on incorrect. I reach out and haven’t heard nothing back.

I had A lot of adjustments I wanted Done and they were on it and kept working with me till it was exactly how I wanted It

Overall the portrait came out nicely, however, one of the original submitted pictures couldn't be used but that information wasn't communicated to me, until I inquired about the update of my product.

Beautifully made Portrait! This is a gift for my son and his wife. She lost her mom when she was young and he had just lost his grandmother before they received the news of the pregnancy. It made both of them sad to know that they wouldn't be here for their granddaughter, so I wanted to create a wishful memory for them for my son on father's day and my daughter-in-law for her birthday. They did an awesome job combining the photos! Thank you so much and already planning for more creations!
