Most helpful and polite delivery driver I’ve had in a while. Nothing was too much trouble and it was great to get the phone call to say when he would be arriving. In an age where customer service seems to have gone out the window it was refreshing to say the least.

I had a mattress delivered today by Daniel & Christian. From the beginning the communication was on point, messages and calls with exact ETA. When they arrived, both polite, friendly, professional gentleman. They removed my old mattress and placed my new mattress on my bed- which was a great help, as I am 8 months pregnant and would not have been able to do that by myself. Thank you so much- Would highly recommend!

Our delivery drivers, Daniel and Christian, were lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our item was delivered to the room we wanted it in and were really careful to make sure they didn’t damage anything while doing so. They called in advance to confirm their ETA and we’re really pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. Goods arrived in perfect condition and were well packed. Very happy with the service all round.

Really poor experience been trying to get a delivery date for my new sofa for 8 days. Last communication basically said don’t call us we’ll call you. They haven’t though of course. Emails now being ignored.

Michael and Denzel arrived within the specified time frame and had followed the directions supplied (we aren't easy to find). They were careful to identify the correct items, handled them with care and were very helpful in putting them where I asked. They were polite and pleasant, and were clearly taking a professional approach. I couldn't have asked for more.

Dan and Christian delivered a divan on Tuesday. They called an hour before with approximate arrival time and they arrived on time, which was appreciated. They carried the bed in and were very polite. I can recommend Epic

Daniel & Christian delivered a new divan bed today, they rang 30 mins before to let us know they were arriving. They carried the bed with care up the stairs ensuring the stairs and walls weren't scratched. Nice lads. Would highly recommend.

Don’t trust them they lie. My partner is waiting for a bed delivery and was told “they don’t have it and orders are on hold”. However a friend who recommended Arista knows they store the goods, because they also had a bad experience with Epic and someone from Arista had to go to their warehouse to physically pick the order themselves!

Very happy with the service, Daniel and Christian were pleasant and helpful. They asked where the bed needed to go and got on with the job.
