No respect for their clients
I have signed a two-year contract with them for mobile services. I have observed a gradual monthly increase in the price. Their support team attributed this to inflation, which I find to be an unjustified and opaque pricing policy. Meanwhile, they continue to offer the same package I originally purchased at the old price to new clients. Furthermore, their subsidiary company, GoMo, provides identical services at less than half the cost, without any apparent reason. This demonstrates a clear lack of respect for their existing customers. Despite their services are not that bad, I would advise staying away from this company.
Worst Support Ever. Rude, Treat Customers Like Idiots.
I am an online teacher. The internet is my livelihood, so if I cannot get support from my Internet Service Provider, I risk losing my job. When Epic engineers came to install my modem, but I had not moved in the house yet, so I did not have my computer. I connected my computer as best I could. The Lan isn't working, and the ethernet cable they gave me has wires broken. When I called this morning and this afternoon, I was told that there is no way that engineers will "only" come "just" for a cable. I worked with WiFi all day, but was continually kicked out of the classroom. I tried to ask the representative to send someone for help, but he was sneering, spoke down to me, and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing how to connect to Lan. He said, "Even if I tell them to come, there is no way they will come just for a cable." Five years ago, Epic was amazing, the support team even provided me with a mobile hot spot when I was having problems with the internet to make sure my job was not affected. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, then had to move for a year. I moved back into my house and didn't hesitate to sign up with them again. However, they have gone so downhill. My work is my life, and yet, they made me feel as if this is not their problem at all. As of now I have no idea how to get hardwired, and their WiFi is not allowing me to work properly. They take no responsibility and I urge people not to sign up with them. There are so many other ISPs. Don't go with them.

Απατεώνες!!!είχα 2 αριθμούς κοντα τους,με 15 ευρω τον μηνα ο καθε αριθμός, 1 μήνα πριν λήξει το συμβόλαιο,πήγα στην epic για να τους πω ότι δεν θέλω να συνεχίσω μαζί τους, και ότι θα πάω στην prime tell με 10 ευρώ όλα unlimited,το συμβόλαιο έληγε στης 1 Οκτωβρίου, που ήταν αργία, και η primetell θα γυρίζει τους αριθμούς στις 2 του Οκτωβρίου, και για 1 ΜΕΡΑ,σαν τους είπα ότι δεν θέλω να συνεχίσω, με χρέωσαν 80 ευρώ για ολο τον Οκτωβρίο σαν τους έδινα 30 ευρω για 2 αριθμούς!!και αποφάσισαν απο μόνη τους 40 ευρω τον καθε αριθμό χωρίς να ενημερώσουν !
Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο, και καμιά ανταπόκριση να βοηθήσουν, εσχως!! Απατεώνες, όσους γνωστούς έχω τους ενημέρωσα και θα φύγουν όλοι από την epic!! Κλέφτες Απατεώνες, παιδιά μακριά!!!!!!!

I'm a customer for 17 years and not got the benefit of new customers.
You pay more for being loyal to the company.
My husband has new contract and pays 10€ and I have the double,the best they can do 20€. Surely they don't need to hold on to their older customers. I'll have to shop around better I presume.

The worst company you can imagine. I topped up my prepaid phone, money is not credited, you go to chat and have a robotic impolite agent saying I have to wait. They took my money and I have to wait for their department to check the email I sent with the receipt because their app does not work

I've had a terrible experience with this company. They've been double charging my small business without any clear reason, and when I reached out for a refund, I was met with radio silence. Their customer support is abysmal—slow to respond, if they even bother to reply at all. I've sent multiple emails and requested call backs, but it seems they just don't care about their customers. For a company that already has a 1.7-star rating, it's clear that I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid doing business with them.

The service is so bad. I have been suffering from the HomeBox internet problems for almost a year, it lost connections from time to time and I lost a lot of my time in their stores and the support lines, totally not recommended.
Epic not worth it
I hsve a contract woth epic until 2025 . I sapose to have ia 30 nternet wich was going to be faster than the last one i had , unfortunetly ithat wasnt true . Every time i made a spead test the test goes up to 0.5 im sapose to be paying each mounth for a strong internet and at home never had any internet when i call them and believe me i called them a lot and they told me many times they will look in to it sent me a tecnician wich they csme over more than 5 times and did apsolutly nothing . My internet never got better but im still paying i think i had enough im changing company .

Bought a SIM card for €1 and immediately topped up online with €15. My internet and services turned off after 10 minutes so I called them up. They told me “I used all the data up, 6gb”. I had barely used the phone. Took the sim out and will never use again. Be careful.
My experience with Epic
My experience with Epic was completly different from almost all reviews. I moved to a new home recently and my internet provider was Cyta. With 2 kids constantly on their tablets and my wife on netflix every single day I had to listen to complains and nagging about the speed and connectivity. I switched to Epic fiber service and finally I got peace of mind. The staff at the store were more than willing to sort everything with a smile on their face. I even got a 5G broadband device for wireless connection when I'm working from home, and all these cheaper than Cyta or any other provider. Not only I reccomend Epic, I find it a bit ignorant to consider anything else
NO installation TWICE. Don't Bother with Epic.
Utter balls from the installation team TWICE
After going through the nightmare of trying to switch the name on the EPIC Homebox contract I was persuaded to switch to fibre. I was told, as it takes 3-4 weeks, it'd be done before the end of next month - which was about 6 weeks.
The reason why I questioned the time was that I was popping overseas for a bit so wanted it all sorted before i left for my household.
So at the beginning of the next month I called as I still hadn't heard anything and my flight is leaving in the next few days.
I called, went in store, chatted online. Seven times. Everyone said the same thing, the installation team will be in touch. But nothing.
HOLD ON a minute this is deja vu.
2 years ago I was convinced to leave my Cabletel contract and switch to Epic fibre. That time I heard nothing, but was in no rush.
I forgot about it and eventually moved apartment 4 months later. It was when i was closing my Cabletel account I got a call from Epic asking if there was reason why I was cancelling the installation.
Once is bad. But twice? I am a very relaxed person but one thing i cant bear is people who waste my time. If you couldn't get it done in the time TELL ME.
Anyhow I'm gonna go Cabletel, I remember them installing it in 2 weeks. Why the hell i didn't just do that in the first place.
C'est la vie.
Hopeless spammers
Spammers. If you buy their mobile phone plan, prepare to get text message spam. Don't bother complaining them. They will tell you that their unwanted advertisements, that you never agreed to receive, are in fact not spam and refuse to stop sending them. The only thing worse than the spam is their customer service.

The Worse pre-paid data plan I ever had
EPIC plans are the worse experience for "pay as you go" I ever had.
I love to travel: 2 months ago I visited Dubai for 10 days and a prepaid 5GB Data plan worked perfectly with a local company. 1 month ago I visited Bulgaria for 6 days and a 5GB prepaid was again great with another local company.
Then, I travelled to Cyprus and Tried EPIC.
That was a disaster.
I paid €5 for 5GB Data and it only lasted 1 day(!).
I used just 180MB but epic claimed it was 5GB.
I tried again: This time I was extra careful. I only used 70Mb. Most of my apps were set only to WiFi. I never sent or streamed Video. No background services.
I paid €6 for 4 days (set to use only €1.5 / day) but it only worked for 1 day. All €6 were gone in 1 Day.
I felt scammed. It's not really the money. It's about expecting to be connected. Shame on you epic in Cyprus. Will NEVER come close to that company again - for anything.

I change home i asked to renew my net nd tv thay came after 2 weeks all tho i told them i have child and i need imidietly someone to fix it. Also when they fix it..net doesnt work. I used to be a subscriber back when the service was branded as Areeba, but I left due to persistent signal problems. However, upon their rebranding to Epic, I decided to give them another chance. Since then, I haven't encountered any issues. In fact, I've noticed that both call quality and mobile internet speed have significantly improved, surpassing other providers in the market.
