As this matter is subject to legal proceedings, we are limited in how much detail we can publicly share. However, we feel it’s important to address some of the claims made here.

We strongly refute your suggestion that we acted unlawfully or unfairly. At every stage, our pricing, terms, and scope of work were made clear and agreed upon in writing. Any additional charges discussed were the result of changes or extras requested after the original agreement — not hidden fees or arbitrary demands.

Our team invested a significant amount of time supporting you throughout the process, always in good faith and with professionalism. We made every effort to ensure the project met your expectations.

As a fully accredited member of RECC, we take compliance and transparency seriously. The accusation that we “broke the law” is simply not accurate, and we stand by the integrity of our process — including our right to recover legitimate costs when due.

We also noted that every review you've left on Trustpilot is a 1-star rating. That pattern does raise the question of whether this review genuinely reflects our service or is part of a broader habit of public complaint.

While we respect the right to leave honest feedback, we will not accept false or misleading accusations.
