A frustrating affair.
The order came. Half of it missing.
I used the WhatsApp chat service. No reply. I used the email address. It bounced back.
So the reason it’s 2 stars is not only because the order was missing half. But not being able to sort it out whatsoever makes it feel like a con.
The reason it’s not 1 star is purely because half of the order arrived and the envelopes are fine.

Hi Thom,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Firstly, we're glad to hear that the envelopes you received were of good quality, but it's absolutely not acceptable that part of your order was missing and you couldn’t reach us for support. That’s not the level of service we aim to deliver at ePackaging Direct.
We recently made updates to our support system, including WhatsApp and email routing, which may have temporarily caused communication issues, but these have since been resolved. We want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously, especially when it highlights gaps in service.
Please reach out to us directly at contact@epackagingdirect.co.uk
or via our updated WhatsApp line: +44 7301 459573, and we’ll make sure this is resolved immediately. A missing item is something we will always put right.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, it helps us grow and improve. We’d love the chance to make this right for you.
