The app is very intuitive, and the drone connects in no time.

This drone, whose “great qualities” are touted on the (fake) SkyTestReport.com website, is a basic Chinese drone. No microSD slot for video and photo recording, no wired link between remote control and smartphone (so video feedback of dubious quality), 2K video...
Impossible to return an order: impossible to obtain a shipping address and documents proving that it's a return of goods (hence customs taxes).
Conclusion: carefully avoid eonvy.com, eonvy.fr, eonvy.dk, eonvy.au and skytestreport.com

I ordered the Eonvy drone
money went straight away. no conformation email. have read the bad reviews so cancelled the next day.. still haven't had a response.. have sent another cancellation email.. will have to get refunded through credit card company..

I am really worried now, I have ordered a drone for my little boy for Christmas, still hasn’t come, tracking is all over the place, one say delivered in Ireland.. I am uk. Another say tracking unavailable and another one say arrived at customs 😢

NOTE: I have not yet received the product, hence I am not evaluating its quality.

Unfortunately I read online reviews right after I purchased the product (my bad).

Their website is decently built and has appealing discounts for a limited time, which I have now understood are static and a mere call-to-action strategy.

I asked for a refund straight away and they responded that the delivery process had been initiated.

They claim to have lack of stock in Europe and the provided tracking system is dodgy and reflects delivery origins in China which often takes +30 days to deliver.

Return to China is paid by the consumer who then has to trust the provider's good will to initiate the refund process.

Result: +2months of uncertainty

As a precautionary measure, I have blocked my bank card.

This is a high risk provider. I would advice against buying in their website.

It's a scam. The drone they send does not contain any of the characteristics mentioned. Then they make excuses for the return and after almost a month I keep trying to negotiate with them. DON'T BUY HERE!

SCAM!!! If I could give it minus stars I would. Ordered product, waited for shipping and delivery. Only to be told it's been delivered and signed for but not by me. The company bounced back my emails and stopped contact the moment there was a problem. I never received a drone just an expensive scam

DO NOT buy any of their drones. All the positive feedbacks are obviously fake. This is a cheap pile of junk that does not perform even close to what they claim. 8K video? Not even remotely close. The batteries are of extremely low quality and 'rattle'. You'll be lucky to get 10 mins flying time out of them. It is supposed to hover on the spot, but it doesn't do that either. I was taken in by a 'review' that was obviously fake and a report by a professional photographer who said that other more expensive drones were not worth the money as you're only paying for the name and highly recommended this product.

I exercised my right to send the item back and asked for a refund. An individual called 'mike' (no capitalisation) answered all of my many emails. First he wanted a video of the issues (which I couldn't provide). Then he offered me 5% off, when I refused, he offered me 10% off. Then he told me that sending it back is a very long winded process, that I could only send it back to an address that they provided (which they have still not given me), that I had to pay all shipping and customs charges and that they would also deduct 15% from what I paid.
When I finally demanded that they sent me the return address, they stopped responding to my emails.

Buy anything from Eonvy at your peril. It will be like flushing money down the drain. I have now raised a case with Action Fraud and am asking my bank to reverse the payment.

This company is a scammer operation. Buyers beware. They are selling a lie and lying is all they do well. Everything else is a joke.

This is an elaborate SCAM, the drone battery will only last 25 mins if hovering in one spot, it is a fly time of 10mins before you have to return it to base.
The video is NOT 8k, the pics are 8k, the vid is 2k at best…
Beware and DO NOT deal with this company, you will not get a refund either

Ho acquistato il drone in questione. Il peggior giocattolo cinese. L'azienda non risponde e non accetta resi. Non fate acquisti Ve ne pentirete come ho fatto io.

Den er så nem at styre. Selvom jeg ikke er en professionel, får den mig til at føle mig som en fotograf med de billeder, den tager. Sidst jeg var ved stranden, optog jeg nogle videoer, og de var super stabile, og farverne så meget naturluge ud.

My kids have learned how to use it in just about half an hour!

This drone is super lightweight, I hardly even notice it in my bag when I take it on trips. The photos quality is better than I expected. It's really easy to control, through I still get a bit clumsy sometimes. Overall, it's really fun to use.

I love that l can get unique capture angles with this drone that l could never get with my phone!

As a first-time drone user, I'm super impressed with this one. It's so easy to fly - l felt like a pro after just a few minutes!

It doesn't take up much space and is really lightweight in my bag. Capturing scenic shots with it when I'm out just fantastic. My favorite part is the auto-hover feature which makes it super easy to get steady shots.
