Kirsty delivered 34 lumber joists and boxes of pedestals today. She called to give us an eta 2 hours beforehand and arrived pretty much on schedule. She very kindly helped to unload all the staff from the van. Thank you.

Unfortunately Envirobuild dropped off my list of potential suppliers as a result of managing to send me the wrong sample TWICE !! If they can’t get this simple task right, then what are the chances………….

I want to highly commend Michal, who delivered our cladding boards yesterday. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant throughout the entire delivery. He even went above and beyond by helping us carry the boards, which made a huge difference. Brilliant service with a great attitude—thank you, Michael!

Came here to rate Michal the delivery driver. Tricky delivery in large lorry, Michal went above and beyond to help.
Haven’t installed product, but looks good so far

Ordered fence samples which arrived promptly and look good. Not started project yet but the samples seem ideal and hopefully will be placing order soon

I ordered some free samples so I could choose the right colour and see the quality before buying decking boards, the samples have not turned up. I would rate zero if I could. I will be looking elsewhere now even if I have to pay for samples!!

Never received the samples

Michal was absolutely brilliant.
Our road had been (half) re-tarmaced which meant Michal had to park at the end of the street. Despite assurances from the road work men that they would help carry decking boards, they did not.
Michal had no hesitation in carrying boards with me, provided some training on how to carry to reduce pain. I cannot thank him enough.

Just received a large delivery of decking from Envirobuild. Their driver, James, was super helpful in helping me unload all the planks and taking them down the driveway through to the spot I had cleared in the garden. I would have taken me 2 or 3 times as long otherwise so a big 'thank you'!

Good product overall. Mixed service experience - sales and ops good, messages from their systems a bit hit and miss, delivery excellent when they use their own drivers (James and Michael), but poor when they use couriers who can barely speak English. A couple of issues were resolved quickly, so pleased overall.

Extremely difficult to return deposit....

Excellent service from start to finish. Ava is always so helpful with the order process and James even helped to carry the decking through to the back garden.

After 2 week I have still not received the samples. How long is it going to take to receive my goods if takes more than 2 weeks just to receive samples
I have had to order from somewhere else as the samples arrived within days, and the goods arrived before the samples arrived from you.
