EnviroBuild Anmeldelser

Just had an excellent delivery from James. Was relieved to hear he would help with unloading regardless of all the emails saying delivery drivers wouldn’t help. He also phoned an hour in advance, giving me a decent window to make sure I was in. Having a delivery slot in advance would make everything much easier.

Just received my delivery from an Envirobuild employee. What a breath of fresh air James is. Called me before arriving, assisted with the unloading and all with a smile on his face.
What a great ambassador for your company.
To be fair my entire customer journey has been excellent.

Our delivery was on time. Since i was by myself, Kirsty (driver) offered to help unload the decking. I'm very grateful for her help. Great service, extremely pleasant, highly recommend!

We contacted Ava at Envirobuild who supply Hyperion composite decking products. She couldn’t be more helpful.
We provided her with a plan of our prepared structure and she calculated the number of boards and materials we needed, with an estimated cost. Delivery was free and the order was delivered free on an agreed date.
The driver, Marrion was polite and very helpful whilst the boards were carefully
unloaded to our satisfaction.
Clear instructions were provided for installation, using hidden fasteners and whist a degree of DIY skill, patience and care are required we are so far enjoying laying the boards ourselves.
Thank you Envirobuild.

Good communication, driver phoned sm hour before delivery and also was kind enough to help unload

Friendly, helpful driver

Used a few times and they are a really good company 👍

Michal the delivery guy was very helpful and a happy guy.

Don't know what this is

Excellent service from answering queries, placing order and delivery, all first class and the product is great 👍

Excellent cladding samples received quickly to enable selection.

Nice generous pack of example decking. Big enough to see quality and colours.

I ordered Free samples online for fencing. I received them within 2 days and the was free too. I received the free giude leaflet too. I am out of my budget at the moment. Whe I have saved enough I will get the fences done in my garden. The sample material looks of excellent and durable quality. Thank you Envirobuild.

On the hottest day of the year, the driver Marin was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you ☺️

Driver arrived bang on time and was quick with unloading everything and brilliantly professional.

Good product, good communication, reliable delivery.

Very helpful friendly and kind. Thank you

The positives are many. I bought the Frontier Range composite boards and fascias due to the existing base joists being 400mm centres (the more basic range demands 300mm centres or less as it is hollow design). Quality of my order was great, material cuts beautifully with 80 tooth multi-material blade on mitre saw. Deck 6mm fasteners and starter fasteners provide a clever and robust securing system. Needs a bit of careful planning but works very well when installed correctly. Only downside was a £299 delivery surcharge to central Scotland (not highlands and islands). I live between Glasgow and Edinburgh and I consider it mainland UK - couriers don't seem to. Without this issue it would have been 5 stars all day. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Michal our delivery driver was very friendly and helpful unloading our order. He navigated a tricky road and made sure he got the order as close as to the house as possible. So far product has been easy to use and install.

Comment on delivery only as we haven’t installed the product yet. Michal delivered to us. He communicated in advance on the day to give us his arrival time and he was very helpful in helping us offload the product from the truck. Worth noting it has to be manually offloaded. It comes on pallets in the truck but there is no pallet mover on the vehicle.
