I find that the delivery charges are expensive, if Envirobuild found a solution to the delivery process or found a company that would stock their products locally then this would allow me to sell more of these jobs as it would be easier to source.

It was easy to order the samples, no hustle at all. All prices and product options are listed on the home page that is convenient to use. Sales rep answered all questions we had. Lead times were provided and only moved by a week from what the original estimate was.
Delivery was done by company’s own driver who was polite, on time & professional which is something 3rd party logistics companies often lack. All items were delivered as scheduled. All and all-very positive experience.

Service was exceptional from every member of the team. Hannah who took the order and Rhiannon in Operations who were professional, efficient and helpful. Michael, delivered the composite decking and he was so helpful. He kept us updated on arrival timing, helped unload and take the delivery in.

Turn around time was brilliant from order.
Only problem I had was two had gone missing in transit. but not a problem phoned told company 2 was missing and they was straight on it to replace missing.
As for the product perfect definitely going to use this company again

We have been using Envirobuild for the last 8-9 years, the main reason for this has been the products are well made and have all the finishing details to ensure I can provide to my customers a professionally finished composite decking. On top of this the customer service is very good from Justyna and the sales team down to their new delivery service, James the delivery driver delivered our products and helped us get them in.
