Envio Rentals Anmeldelser

I hired an automatic photo scanner for the Christmas period, and it arrived two days early, which was a pleasant surprise! I had it for two weeks, and it was fantastic. The equipment was easy to use and did exactly what I needed. I managed to scan over a thousand photographs to share with the family, preserving them for future generations to see on the cloud. Sending it back was a breeze, too. It came with a box and return label. I dropped it off at the local collection point, and it was returned with no fuss at all. Highly recommend this service.

Everything worked perfectly. Envio even sent it a couple of days early to make sure I got it before the Christmas holiday (had ordered it for Christmas Eve delivery).

Brilliant service, good instructions, safe and secure delivery and return.

Great service and product. Photo scanner was fast and produced great output. Customer service was personal and accommodating.

Hassle free experience throughout. The scanner I rented was in great condition and well packaged which made returning it via DPD an absolute doddle

We hired a GoPro12 for our Lapland trip.
Jack was very helpful & knowledgeable.
I'd definitely use this company again, thank you very much!

Rented the photo scanner. The whole process was super easy from it being delivered on time, figuring out how to use it and to sending it back. Got through thousands of old photos which was worth it. Would recommend using again.

The whole rental process was simple and very efficient. The Epson Fast Scanner and all the necessary cables arrived in a custom-made secure box, all instructions for use were provided and the scanner worked perfectly, scanning hundreds of documents and thousands of photographs extremely well. As a number of photographs were quite old and faded, the picture enhancement option really improved the quality of the photograph. A great service in total. Thank you.

Very simple and efficient ordering, delivery and return process.

Very quick, very easy to use just generally all around very good

Rented a photo scanner for a week. Great service and device. Got through thousands of photos in a very short time.

Great idea, excellently executed. Great service, great communication, would fully recommend.

quick, efficient and fair price!

Literally my only complaint is that there is a reference on the scanner for 'instant' extensions.... but it requires a form and a customer service agent to approve.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely well organised. Excellent instructions. Even sent me an email to let me know they had received the scanner back from me. Will use again!

Device is in good condition. Seem less process, easy delivery and return.

The whole experience was well thought through and easy. The box arrived with everything I needed and the return was thought through to make it very straightforward. Very happy and would recommend.

Great dealing with Envio to rent the Epson photo scanner, which was a doddle to use with software that brought old photos back to life once again and it was so well packaged when it was delivered.
The website is so easy and informative to book your rental too.
I just have one minor niggle, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. From the moment you book your rental you are kept well informed about the delivery and information about using the device. Once you return it are totally forgotten about.
Bearing in mind you're responsible for returning a highly valuable machine you would think that an email from either DPD to say its been picked up from the Post Office and its on its way back or an email from Envio to say they've received it would be useful. My machine was posted back a week ago and I can only assume Envio have got it. (And no the emails aren't in my spam folder)
Shame the end experience ruined the whole experience, come on Envio keep us informed about returns.

Amazing service when hiring a GoPro. Even when I messed up the delivery address and the courier company sent it back after two failed deliveries, Envio found a solution to get one to me only a couple of days before I was due to go away on my trip. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you so much!

Everything worked perfectly!
