I contacted Enthuse with a request and within a few minutes, Danielle Taylor got back to me, having already done what I'd asked. You can't get any better than that! That's what I call customer service - swift, polite and professional.

Rishika provided excellent support - the reply to my query was very quick, and incredibly comprehensive. Rishika followed up a few days later to check that I was able to address my query, which was a very special extra touch. Overall, Rishika is terrific and I am very pleased with the support. Easy service to use to donate money to your favourite charities. You also get confirmation direct from the charity once processed, so you know the money is getting to the right place. Customer service was also excellent. I had chosen a monthly donation by mistake, instead of a one off payment. I contacted customer service via email about the issue. They were so polite and helpful. Their response was quick and they sorted my issue within a few hours! Exceptional service, Thank you Enthuse 10/10
