I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I had to for this company. I used them three times within 2 weeks for wedding gifts. I was worried about delivery lead times and I was ordering very fragile items so I was worried they would arrive damaged. All three orders arrived within 2 working days and the packaging was so professional. I was seriously surprised about the quality of the items and how much effort went into packaging them. Thank you Engravers Guild. I now have a trusted company I will be using for future gifts.

We've just had great service from the Customer Service at Engravers Guild. Unfortunately, after placing a last minute order for delivery in the next 2 days, (hopefully) I had to request an amendment to the engraving detail. Because I emailed straight away I received a very helpful email telling me the information had been changed and was there anything more they could help me with - amazing! The final product was beautifully presented and arrived as promised in the 2 days. Thank you Engravers Guild.

I organized a silver photo frame for our 25th anniversary
I was worried it might not arrive in time so i contacted them and they made sure it was expedited

Last weekend was my nephew’s wedding in Cheshire, it was a beautiful day for the happy couple.
One very important and beautiful person was missing the grooms mother and my dear sister. She sadly passed away 20/4/24 after an 8 week diagnosis of pancreatic cancer after no initial symptoms.
I got the idea of the personalised cuff links with her name engraved on the Thursday night prior to the wedding and I paid for the next day delivery. I never told anyone about my purchase until her name was mentioned at the wedding to which I said she’s here on my wrist. I can’t tell you how many positive messages and lovely comments I received so a huge thank you for the quality of your work and promptness getting them to me in time. The way they were presented in the gift box was also very special.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was a bit dubious when ordering two silver engraved frames from a company I didn't know, but oh my goodness they are so lovely, beautifully engraved, and the packaging is well worth the upgrade it really makes them such a special present! I had some queries so emailed them and they were very quick to reply! It's not often I feel like writing a review, but I had to!

We hadn't used Engravers Guild of London before. We wanted a gift for our Son's 50th Birthday and chose a glass tumbler in an English Pewter base. We weren't quite sure what to expect but it's absolutely superb quality and beautifully engraved! It's also wonderfully presented in a soft black bag, within a great presentation box, which itself also screams 'quality'! Even the gift card, embossed with our message, within an envelope, are all of high quality paper, not the cheap and nasty stuff one usually finds. We can't wait for the weekend, when our Son will open it! We just know he is going to be mightily impressed, just as we are.
We've not used you before but you are now top of our list should we need any more gifts like this.

I initially reached out to ask about custom engraved beer glasses for a hen do and received a response in minutes. I exchanged a few emails with the lovely Gilda who was able to very quickly provide me with a mock up of the design I wanted. I was very impressed with the swiftness of the responses and clarity of communication. I will definitely be coming back for any future custom glassware.

Silver photograph frame for my Granddaughters Christening. It was also engraved free of charge to my own specifications. Beautifully packed and presented and arrived when it was scheduled.

Once again, outstanding service. I’ve ordered two gifts from Engraver’s Guild. A wine glass and a silver plated photograph frame. Both had engraving.
My two friends were both thrilled with their gifts. The packaging was great; delivery well within the time and the gifts up to a high standard.
I had a difficulty (my fault) and emailed whilst I was still on the website and received a reply almost immediately. I highly recommend this company for their beautiful gifts.

Incredible experience!

I had a specific idea of what I wanted to be engraved onto a set of pewter tankards for a friends’ housewarming gift, but it wasn’t quite fitting into any of the standard forms on the website. I contacted the customer service team, and within a matter of hours, they’d mocked up a design image of EXACTLY what I had in mind, including a special font that wasn’t on the site! Even better, they’re able to ship it the same day, arriving the following, so it’ll be here well in time for the housewarming party on Friday. Honestly, completely beyond any expectations I had - possibly the best service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Gilda - you’re a star!

I purchased a pewter hip flask and had some initials put on for my nephew's 18th.

The hip flask was of lovely quality, however, I was very disappointed in the drink funnel which came with it - very cheap and nasty. In fact, I went and bought one from somewhere else to replace it so that the whole present was of decent quality and I am so glad that I did!
