I ordered engraved cufflinks, but unfortunately the font and size used made the text completely illegible. When I raised the issue, I was only offered a 10% discount on a new order as compensation, which I didn’t feel was adequate given the circumstances. Often companies advise on a limited size font to avoid this happening but not Badger and Brown !

I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but these cufflinks were not inexpensive and I wasn’t able to give them as a gift because the engraving was too small to read, which was quite embarrassing.

The leather Chelsea bracelet was exceptional. The leather was of the highest quality. The Chelsea logo finished it off nicely. My husband was over the moon. I have now ordered the same for our Grandson who is another Chelsea fan, he is going to be well happy. The delivery was very fast and well packaged. Thank you so much. Excellent seller. Regards 😊

I ordered a pair of engraved cufflinks and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

They aren’t the cheapest option out there, but they are absolutely worth the price. The quality is second to none. Before engraving, the team checked with me to make sure the font I chose was exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. That attention to detail made all the difference. The finished cufflinks turned out even better than I expected and feel truly special. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Strong product options to suit all needs. I had a small problem with my delivery which was fixed immediately and shipped the next day so was very grateful as it was for a present.

Fantastic chunky signet ring in stainless steel. The proportions are perfect. They went above and beyond to get family crest engraving right. Delivered in 2 days from order, amazing.

Second time using these guys. There was an issue with the supplier and getting the gold ring in time for a family members birthday. The issue was resolved in a very timely manner and the ring shipped special delivery in time for said birthday. very responsive via email. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again I'm sure!

The bracelet I ordered for my stepdad was such beautiful quality and it arrived quickly, especially considering I had it engraved. Unfortunately, there is a magnet in the clasp, this wasn’t stated in the description at the time and made the bracelet unsuitable for those with pacemakers. I contacted the company and explained, Jules responded really quickly and I was offered a refund as the description was not accurate. I’m very pleased with the way this has been handled as I know engraved items are not refundable under normal circumstances. Jules was friendly and sympathetic, the whole process has been quick and straightforward. Just a shame about the magnet because it’s such a lovely bracelet! My stepdad would have loved it!

I am a bit worried that this shop does not exist. Never received a confirmation of dispatch or tracking for my order 173586. I cannot find their phone number. Wrote via Facebook but no response. Their Facebook page shows that they do not respond to customers - see the comments of customers on their latest advert…

My signet ring is a nice piece and the description certainly wasn’t untruthful when noting it as being of an “understated” nature. The service was acceptable but feel that for the price of a solid liver ring, perhaps a complimentary box would have been nice to add for free. Nevertheless, the ring broadly meets my expectations but I’m just sorry it didn’t make me feel more excited.

Absolutely first class service. Having been let down by another supplier, I placed a last minute order for a very special Birthday present. The gift included some bespoke engraving so I was unsure if it could be done in time. The team at Badger and Brown exceeded my expectations and delivered the item much quicker than I could have imagined!

The product itself (a set of cufflinks) is simply beautiful and I will be certainly purchasing from them again.

Although quick to rectify problems, I was sent two loads of poor quality photo cufflinks. I would have expected the second pair to have been quality checked before sending out, very disappointing

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I ordered personalised cufflinks for my nephews 21st present which arrived the following day. Unfortunately there was a small mark on one cufflink so I sent an email explaining the urgency in getting this rectified as it was for a 21st birthday present. Within the hour I had received an email saying another set was in the post and to keep my original ones. I received a new pair of beautiful cufflinks the following day. 5 Star 🌟
