The designer was very patient & answered all my questions. It was nice to preview the design to make certain it looked right.

The proof came within hours and the bottle itself was delivered within days. So happy with how everything came out and customer service was great!

Absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job engraving a bottle of Dom. I was a bit worried given how expensive a gift it was but they did wonderful.

the engraving was great and looked exactly like what I requested, similar to 2 years ago.
Only issue was with bottle itself which had some marks/scratches that is clearly visible to naked eyes which was embarrassing when the gift was presented; and receiver pointing them out (twice!)

They emailed me throughout the whole process and even made suggestions that improved the look of my request. Not an up-sale! The recommendations didn’t cost anything more. The final product was beyond my expectations. Worth every penny for exactly what I wanted. It was packaged so carefully for shipping from N.J to Texas. Highly recommend!

Although you have to pay extra for a preview of your item engrave, my wine, got back to us in less than 24 hours with the preview. It also was expeditiously shipped and arrived in less than a week from when the order was placed.
