Estimate on disposal of contents was low. We have completed the work and we needed double the labor hours and double waste container.
I requested for a of site storage (warehouse) came back as portable storage container. Not sure why?
Also the was no portal potty bin wash station.
Hopefully pack out makes up for the loss on disposal.

Between timeline and actual work done the quality of work is below par for work done as I had sent multiple estimates back 5 time for rework and the job not being complete. Now this time line also throws off your receivable timeline as well.

We have prepared a total of six estimates for you—three completed in March of this year and three in February. Of these six estimates, only two required revisions, all of which were completed within our standardized delivery timeframe.
The estimate that required the most attention was related to a requested activity that allowed for multiple interpretations. In such cases, our estimators rely on their professional judgment and the information provided by the client when preparing the estimate. When the scope or details are not clearly defined from the outset, situations like this may arise.
