We had great experience with the company, they always kept everything professional and helped us along every step of the way. Im soo very great full for how well it was done. Im truly so great full for what they have done for me and my wife im soo happy I went with them.

​I had a very distressing experience with English Exam Centre. I paid £206 for a B1 exam. The study material links they provided did not work. Then, less than 24 hours before my exam, they cancelled it citing 'technical issues.'
​When I requested a refund because I am a full-time carer for my father (who is undergoing immunotherapy) and cannot be flexible with new dates, they refused. Most shockingly, when I spoke to them on the phone, they verbally threatened to 'report me to the Home Office' to stop me from asking for my money back.
​They claim to be Home Office approved, but they are NOT on the official government list of SELT providers. I have reported this to Action Fraud and my bank. Please book directly with an official provider (like Trinity or IELTS) and avoid this middleman agency.

First test date was changed from the requested date meaning we had to arrange additional accommodation, the the test hadn't been arranged properly at the thailand end and the examiner center was closed. (Accepted this as things can go wrong) test was re-arranged for 10/11. On 12/12 we still have not had the test results and communication from the company has dried up. I cannot recommend the company based on my experience as I am now having to pay again for a new test through another provider

My husband took his B1 test yesterday and passed. As I am based in the UK, I dealt with all things arranging the test and communicating with the company on behalf of my husband. The communication from the beginning was of high standard and all questions I had were answered promptly and accurately. Very friendly and professional.

I completely recommend this company, prior to my exam I was so nervous but I soon as got to the reception the staff were very pleasant I immediately felt a lot more confident as I was getting close to my exam, the staff were very polite and explained everything very smoothly regarding the exam process and asked me if I had any questions that I needed to ask before I started my exam which I thought it was very necessary to understand what to expect before going to the exam. I definitely recommend this website to book your exam.

They are just fraudsters. Nothing to do with the home office or any immigration department. Seems like most of the positive reviews are written by themselves. Even the company itself was formed a year ago, they also applied to dissolve the company.

Please do not say the candidate came without a valid ID. You don't even have a home office approved test centre.

This was a difficult experience having to travel across Europe for the exam. However, the customer service was exceptional! They answered all questions we had about the entire process and the young man who dealt with our application inside of the U.K. seemed to be working all hours under the sun to get things done for us! We are extremely grateful and we got the desired result. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you so much!!
