My ultimate retirement gift to myself was the “Rocking Whale” RW-BL1K steam engine. Received the engine to discover that the kit was missing two extremely vital components. It was simple to e-mail a representative and in a reasonable amount of time, the parts were sent to me. My thanks to Lucas for helping me and keeping me informed during this process. This incident demonstrated excellent customer support. Thanks!

Bin also vollauf begeistert.

Beautiful model, friendly staff and easy delivery.

What a company to deal with, simply perfect! Ordering and delivery were pretty quick. As for the product, excellent quality, so are the instructions. Despite the fact I purchased a level 5 engine and this was my first one, I had no issues at all. All credits to EngineDIY!

The service I received was second to none. Staff were very helpful and proffesional. Would recommed this company to anyone

Been ordering from them for several years. Good products and service. Helpful with any problems, missing parts, which are rare. Stand behind product. Delivery is efficient.

Ordered zero plain metal 3d puzzle, received it in two weeks, good prices and fast shipping.

Thank you for the excellent service, getting my order away so promptly after Chinese New Year. This such a brilliant little engine, my third Teching engine, excellent quality, I will be buying more, not just because of the excellent products, but the excellent service.

The kit arrived pretty quick at something than a week later and it seems at first glance all pieces are included. I would have liked a Connection Diagramm at the motor and blades but hopefully can figure that out. There is a diagram included for the connections to/from batteries, charger and ESC.

Great service lives at EngineDYI and Lucas went above and beyond to help me when I was missing parts for my project. I will continue to purchase from this company because of the excellent service.

I've been purchasing engines and parts from EngineDiy for 2 yrs. now, and aside from US Tarrifs, products have arrived well packaged and just what I ordered. Before writing this review, I read the 1 srar reviews. I'm not judging previous reviews going back as far as 2023 because I was not yet a customer. My observation is that the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. This raises questions, because false or fraudulent websites are alleged to have mimicked EngineDIY. Generally speaking, you will see gradual rating trends up & down. I recently purchased 2 shorty lipo battery packs and 5 servos for my Capo U4 Queen as a package from EngineDIY. The servos arrived earlier than the batteries due to Hazardous materials requirement. One of the batteries was either damaged in shipping or was a manufacturer error. It was dead on arrival. Just so you know, I don't write many reviews only because some are a just a nuisance. Like buying Jello from a supermarket and then receiving a review request to explain the taste, packaging, and on time delivery. I highly recommend EngineDIY and believe that patience and mutual respect can resolve most issues. Sorry for the rant

Excellent service. The grease bottle was missing so EngineDIY immediately sent it free of charge. When it was detained by customs due some admin issue, EngineDIY sent another grease bottle free of charge. Also 2 external parts had cosmetic defects and replacement parts were sent immediately free of charge.
The assembly manual is too small to see the fine details. I would prefer a PDF version where I can zoom-in.
The claimed 2 Hour assembly time it way too optimistic.
Overall Impression: It is a fun kit to build, which give you satisfaction when it starts spinning.

An Update:
A hi-res PDF version of the assembly manual has been sent to me via secured server– awesome.

Amazing customer service. Both Lucas and Rebacca from Enginediy were great.

Constant communication and quick shipment and delivery of replacement parts.

Very happy with the level of service.

Words couldn't describe how happy I am receiving this Trent 900 replica engine. I love the attention to detail and how quick it shipped considering I ordered during the holidays. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cool display with extreme level of attention to detail 😊

Products are described well and realistic in the web shop. The real Product, once in your hands, will create a big smile on your face due to outstanding quality and design !

I had to write another review to proclaim how awesome customer service is! While it took some time to receive my order, customer service helped me through the entire process! Thank you, Lucas! We are so excited to get to work on our project!

Quick delivery, solidly built model, fun educational fun for the family. Excellent!

My purchase from Enginediy has been a great experience, my Cison 44cc V8 has surpassed my expectations from shipping to customer support. I would highly recommend purchasing from Enginediy.

I ordered the sterling engine kit. It arrived in a timely manor. The pieces are well made and look great. It took me less than an hour to assemble…I took my time because I have never assembled an engine of this type. It comes with a few extra pieces of the small, clear backs used to hold the wheels or arms together…especially since I lost one under the couch.
I added the shipping insurance since it was not very expensive but I didn’t need to use it.
I wish some of the other engines came as kits.

I bought an item from enginediy which was shipped to me in France. The item was lost by my carrier, and enginediy quickly sent me a replacement. Excellent communication; it was perfect.
