We are a Village Hall and so a registered charity. We have used Energy Prices Direct for a few years now and they have always found the best prices for Gas & Electricity even if that means changing suppliers. Usually deal with Kevin Armstrong who is very patient with us waiting for the committee to agree to the terms. He doesn't put pressure on us and have just signed up with our Gas supplier for another 5 years so considering the problems with Ukraine and Iran this deal is a no brainer.

UK media reports they have been fined £160 thousand pounds by the information commissioner for illegal cold calling.

Sam Patel was extremely helpful during our energy contract renewal. He compared multiple suppliers, carefully reviewed different tariffs, and secured the cheapest and best option for me. When I asked about other suppliers’ competitive prices, he took the time to explain the price ranges clearly and helped me understand which option was the best for my needs. The whole process was easy, smooth, and very convenient.

Sam has excellent energy knowledge and clearly puts a lot of effort into helping me save money. He also audits bills thoroughly and shares clear annual reports on energy usage, which are very helpful for understanding and managing costs.

Sam’s behaviour throughout the process was professional, friendly, and supportive, making the contract sign-up completely stress-free.

Ranish has persevered over the last two years in finding first a gas deal that was attactive to me and more recently an electricity deal that does away with standing charges. He is always courteous and patient and has taken the effort out of trying to track the best deals.
