We are a Village Hall and registered charity. We have used Energy Prices Direct (EPD) for many years and they have always found competitive prices for our Gas & Electricity requirements. At one time a gas contract with zero standing charge was established by EPD, with little gas used we had tiny bills for a while; happy days! Things are different now but we feel to be in ‘safe hands’ with EPD.

Recently another energy broker led me to think that I was talking to our usual broker, (EPD), and rushed me into a new gas contract. I became worried about this and was pleased when our EPD client manager Anthony called recently. He spent an hour on the phone with me, skilfully sorting out my concerns. It turns out that the ‘hurriedly signed’ contract with the ’false’ broker will prove to be invalid due to there being pre-existing contracts running into the future with our current supplier, as arranged by EPD.

I have found EPDs client managers to be open and easy to deal with and hope to continue the relationship into the future. Thank you, Anthony.

Efficient communication for sorting out an energy contract renewal and helped solve so payment issues with the energy supplier. Kevin Armstrong was the agent dealing with me, he was very helpful.

Their employee cold called our office nearly three month after renewal dates and continuosly harrassed members of our team despite being politely and professionally spoken to, even at one point accusing them of lying when she didn't like the answer.
Very pushy, very rude, very unprofessional. It must be hard for people in your trade as it is, and customer service like yours definitely doesn't help gaining your customer trust.

We are a community hall and as such are independent from the local council run halls being committee run and a registered charity . We started using Energy Prices Direct in mid 2023 when the energy prices were running riot and were signed up with Pozitive Energy . This tied us to rather high prices for 3 years . We then experienced a problem in that a person contacted us purporting to be our old contact saying he had moved to another company . He persuaded us to sign up to a rival supplier but he was not who he said he was ! This caused a lot of worry and angst which has finally been sorted ( I hope ! ) by Energy Prices Direct with the great help of Ranish one of their Energy Procurement Managers. He has been most helpful in sorting things out and we have extended our contract with our current supplier at a much more favourable price which should cut the running cost of the hall by several thousand pounds .
