Daniel from the outset professional and informative. Nothing too much trouble. Martin and Francoise from start to finish. Experienced, skilled and mindful of the surroundings they were working in. Timely arrival on the Saturday and again Monday morning. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Richard and Joanna who are always very helpful with everything.

Andrew was very helpful and diligent and went the extra mile to ensure the problem was solved.

Service is shocking, customer care factor is appalling and the communication is non existent. Also this company don't no Ofcom regs or any regs in that matter. The customer services will put barrels in place if you want to talk to senior managers of put a complaint in which there are not aloud to do under TCF regs.

Noah and the team were nothing but efficient and did everything so quickly and smoothly to enable our transfer over. The communication was great and the service was very personal. No call centre vibes or not being able to contact anyone. Super impressed!

Amrita made our experience amazing. She managed the installation brilliantly - technically superb, patient, determined to resolve hiccups in the process, clear and precise in her instructions, always rang when she said she would and very pleasant and cheery. Fabio also played a leading part in us signing up and has been there to help out throughout.

Enconvo are a great company to be with, my Account manager Andrew Kendall is always on the ball with any issues or questions that need attention, gets the job done quickly. 100% recommend them.

I was having trouble logging in and Kerrie gave me a call and helped me get back into my account. Kerrie very helpful and stayed on the phone until she knew i was logged in.

Stacey was brilliant with customer service, felt like a normal conversation rather than it being corprate which is a nice feeling to have with your provider. Enconvo is great, but if i had the option i would want Stacey to be my account manager! super easy to talk to and really helpful!

Andrew Kendall​​​​ helped me out massively with getting myself setup on the system and the response time has been phenomenal.

So we have had a really tricky situation with our phone systems over the years, with previous companies being useless and liars to not delivering what they promised. Without naming other companies, Enconvo stands out with their outstanding customer service, particularly Louise who simply gets things done and ensures if there is a problem it is sorted. When running a buisness, communication is imperative to ensure you can function and without it, your buisness suffers. We have had some issues with our broadband service which Enconvo did not supply, however Louise has ensured our system was functional and had minimal down time over the years and I can’t recommend Louise and Enconvo enough. Thank you again for your continued support.

Been with Enconvo for many years in their various guises, always had helpful account managers in the past and Andy is definitely one of their best, being polite, helpful and making the whole process run smoothly.

Reply to Enconvo: Please read through all the many many emails over the (4.5years so far) of the contract for the reasons. As stated before we will be leaving as soon as possible and will continue to try to make sure others are aware of your extra charges.

Update: The service was restored by 11am today. The reason given was a "third party glitch". Follow up email from Kerry to ensure we were satisfied and to give a contact number further problems occur. The increased stars are for Kerry. We still feel we were mislead by the sales person into signing the contract without being advised fully of costs.

Cannot make calls as "our service has been suspended". Cannot contact anyone other than by email with a ticket number. We have had many problems with this company (formerly Enreach) over the years and can't wait for our contract to end. The small print in the contract needs to be read very carefully before you sign. The initial cost quoted is for the finance for the phone equipment lease and is for 87months. After a year you are hit with high maintenance fees. Do not sign anything until you have read all of the very tiny small print on the end of the contract.

Service is shocking, onboarding process is horrendous, customer care factor is appalling and the communication is non existent. Constantly having to chase progress and updates as nothing has been explained from day 1. Completely left in the lurch. I have never dealt with anything like this, have been met with problems ever since signing the contract all of which no-one seems to care the least about. I have tried to escalate on three occasions and no-one is interested and still currently left with numerous issues on our services. I anticipate someone will swiftly jump on it now after this, which reiterates the 0 customer care part.

Really good help from Dan. He was kind and polite and sorted me with my billing questions. Thank you.

As a business, we've been with Enconvo since February and have not been able to fault them. Everyone I speak to is pleasant and helpful. If they saying they will phone back, that's exactly what they do without any chasing. I would recommend to anyone who asks.
The girl I spoke to this morning, Eve, was a newbee. She was lovely. She never gave any info without checking her facts first so I knew I was getting the right info. Well done Eve.
