In January 2023, I had a neck lift with Dr. Tas, aiming to address loose skin for a more youthful appearance. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing, leaving me with uneven lumps, sagging skin, and visible scarring (photos attached).
In November 2022, I was quoted $38,000 for the procedure and paid a $10,000 deposit. Just before the surgery, the price increased to $71,500, forcing me to scale back some procedures and pay $50,000 in cash—with no receipt provided. I felt trapped, as canceling would have meant losing my deposit.

The surgery itself was poorly handled. I experienced blurry vision due to an overdose of anesthesia, and the hospital’s care was subpar, with non-English-speaking staff and terrible facilities. Post-surgery, I noticed issues like sagging skin under my chin, which I didn’t have before, and uneven lumps that worsened over time.

When I reached out for help, communication was frustrating. Elvira, a staff member, often ignored my messages for weeks. She suggested ineffective laser treatments to buy time. Eight months later, I flew back at my own expense for a follow-up. Dr. Tas promised to fix the issues at no cost, but when I arrived, his staff demanded an additional $3,000 for minor corrections. When I refused, Dr. Tas became aggressive and dismissive, further eroding my trust.

I regret not researching more thoroughly beforehand. Later, I discovered many negative reviews on Google and Reddit that could have saved me from this ordeal.

I had a face and neck lift with Dr. Suleyman. He did a great job and was a true professional. He takes his time with his patients and makes sure you have all your questions and concerns answered before your procedure.

I am very happy and pleased with the results of my surgery, although it is only 6-7 days after my surgery. I am swollen but I can see that my results are going to be great. Nefesimle ilgili sorunum kalmadı, burnum da kendime yakışan küçük burun oldu. 2 yıl sonra geçmeyen ödem nedeniyle steroid enjeksiyonu oldum, şimdi onun sonucunu bekliyorum. Ben burnumu babam göz kapaklarını yaptırmak için Dr. Taşa başvurduk. 1000$ ödediğimiz online zorunlu öngörüşmeye Doktor bey 50 dakika katılmadı bu sürede kimseyede ulaşamadık, bu ödemeye dair hiçbir fiş/mail/yazı gelmedi. Öngörüşme fiyatı yapılan işlemden düşülür dediler. Babam ve bana bir öngörüşme ve öngörüşme fiyatı yeterli olur dedi sekreter Eva Hanım. Görüşmeden sonra burun ameliyatına Banka üzeri 18.000$, nakit olarak 15.000$ isteyince ben vazgeçtim. Verdiğimiz 1000$ yanmasın diye Babam gözlerini yaptırmaya karar verdi. Bunun üzerine 1000 doları babamın yaptıracağı ameliyattan düşürmeyeceklerini ben burnumu yaptırırsam benden düşeceklerini söylediler. Sözünüzde durun lütfen dedik durmadılar. Kesinlikle dolandırıcılık! Çok daha profesyonel ve daha uyguna yapan Doktorlar kesinlikle var, en azından hastalarını sadece para olarak görmeyen Doktorlar var! Böylelikle 1000$ yanmış oldu. Burnumu yaptırmayacağımı söyleyene kadar sürekli “ön ödeme yapınız” diye mesaj atan karar verdiniz mi diye sürekli arayan sektreter Hanım sonrasında birden telefonları açmamaya başladı. Hiç profesyonel değiller, ne koparırsak kar düşüncesiyle hareket ediyorlar.

I just stayed in Istanbul for 7 days and then I returned to my home. It took 2 months to get rid of the swellings since I had a thick skin however it settled down finally and super happy with my result now. I have a great face, neck and nose.

After one year of various surgeries me & my husband are still facing the aftermath of the nightmare. My husband’s abdominal lipo with tightening ruined his skin & internally burnt the tissues due to which his abdomen was deformed. His nose surgery has costed him his sleep due to the incorrect surgery causing narrow passageway for breathing & the nose has drooped down within a year😱 He needs a complete revision to correct his breathing & the shape.
My facelift was a complete failure since the first month & the Dr knew it. He tried to lift it with other laser procedures nut failed. The ugly scars due to the stitches behind my ears & in the hairline have made me so embarrassed.
The aftercare in hospital after surgery is another nightmare & pathetic.
I am really astonished at how he is a professor teaching other plastic surgeons who have not pointed out the wrongful methods he uses. Above all his costs are so high😥😥All my hard earned pension was wasted in this useless team of cheaters. But Justice prevails & will wait to see it.

Ce cher professeur impose une visio à 900 dollars sans offrir aucune possibilité de contact via mail ou autres. Je trouve cela scandaleux que l'on autorise ce genre d'abus. On trouve toujours des solutions pour payer des chirurgies dites vitales mais delà à imposer une telle somme "hors de toute imagination" avant la chirurgie pour ceux qui sont à l'étranger, c'est plus qu'abusé. Pas de discussion possible ni envoi de photos par mails, il faut juste payer, payer payer et on dit qu'il est humain? Pour les riches, sans doute. C'est un scandale! 900 USD? On va où à rythme ?

It has been 6 months since i have had my surgery with Dr Suleyman Tas and although there still remains swelling, i am in love with my nose so far. If has made such a positive change in my appearance that leaves me in love with it and the compliments i receive on my new nose is beyond explainable.

The process throughout beginning to end starting from booking on WhatsApp till cast removal was amazing. It was minimal hassle and was easy thanks to the helpful team who was available to answer any questions and help whenever needed, even till now after even when i have queries the staff is exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and explaining well in detail till i understand.

On my consultation day, i was still hesitant and worried whether i would like to go ahead or i had doubts whether it will end good and the way i wanted. i must say, these doubts were for no reason! Speaking to the staff and Dr Suleyman Tas gave me the confidence and trust in him as iknew i had chosen the best doctor after 3 years of research to perform my surgery with in order to achieve my desired nose.

I would definitely recommend having any surgeries with Dr Tas as he is a specialist and professional in this field and definitely knows what he is doing. He ensures and prioritises clients wishes and making sure they leave happy and satisfied with the surgeries he performs

Although my surgery is now completed and over, the staff is still lovely via WhatsApp as they still help me and answer all my queries, They have helped me during the times i was confused on how to use some medications and the durations of the medications (even though i asked her around 3/4 times) they managed to help me each time and was very patient with me We arrange monthly zoom calls in order for them to track and trace the process of my healing which is incredible as the attention and detail
they show is beyond explaining. With the calls, they help me to also clarify any other questions i have had
