It would not be enough to be grateful and satisfied with Dr. Suleman Tas, together with his team, especially Elvira, the results, the care, the attention. I had an aesthetic surgery with Süleyman Taş 1.5 years ago, and I am absolutely dissatisfied with both the process and the results. I would not recommend him to anyone.

1.Your personal preferences are completely disregarded; the doctor follows his own style without considering what you want.
2.There is no proper consultation beforehand—no detailed note-taking, no simulation sharing.
3.After the surgery, you never see the doctor. He does not check on you, is not present when the bandages are removed, and does not follow up in any way. If you need anything post-surgery, you are forced to communicate endlessly with his assistants, as he himself is completely unavailable. This was never mentioned beforehand.
4.Considering the money paid, the overall service quality is extremely poor. You pay an outrageous amount, yet you don’t even get to meet your doctor post-surgery. Additionally, the hospital conditions (his own clinic) are far below the level you would expect for such high costs.
I deeply regret choosing him and would never recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Taş was great. He was very accommodating and provided the result I wanted. At the consultation, he knew exactly what I asked for. The staff and doctor provided support throughout the whole process being very understanding. Both the pre and post op procedures were very thorough to prevent any swellings or complications. At the hospital all of the nurses took care of me very well. After surgery, there was almost no swelling and the result was amazing. The result is everything I could’ve wished for and truly elevated my self-esteem.

In June 2023, I went for a rhinoplasty operation for septal deviation, I had breathing problems. We also reached an agreement for an eyebrow lift and injections of own fat in the area of ​​dark circles and lips where I paid but it was never applied (lips)! Working in the medical field, the night shifts speak for themselves, but when I think about it, it was the biggest mistake! I was destroyed forever!
After the intervention I was sent to the hotel, I was seen by a boy who didn't even have a medical degree, I was bleeding heavily, I also went to the clinic 2 times in the first 2-3 days staying at the hotel! I persistently asked to be seen by a doctor or medical staff, but this never happened! Even after 10 days I was not seen by Dr. Tas or other medical staff! All they wanted was for me to write reviews on the internet as soon as I came out of anesthesia!
I was treated very badly! I flew to Italy, where all the messages I sent said that time is needed! I couldn't breathe, my nose was very crooked, I had very large and unsightly fat bags that were injected! If you see that you don't like what happens after the surgery after 3-6-1 year, it means that you did it wrong. My experience is very sad. I agreed and discussed one thing with the doctor, but ended up doing something else entirely. My physiognomy has fiat changed for the worse beyond recognition. After a year I returned, but not alone but accompanied by a person who listened to the discussion between me and Dr. Tas! I have a witness who can support everything I have told!
When he saw me, he was surprised, saying that he didn't know anything, that it was my body's fault how I healed, he didn't have the courage to admit his fault! He told me that he will redo everything as he is very sorry at no cost! Another lie! Elvira made me pay for the plane and the hotel for 2 weeks, when I got there I was asked for another 3500 euros for the rhinoplasty and at least 8000 euros for a facelift to help me with the bags that were like two stones under my eyes!
I got up and said that I will call my lawyer and see you in court! I have rights and it is an embassy that helped me! She called me all day crazy apologizing, relaying messages from Dr. Tas. That everything will cost you 3500 euros! After 8 hours of discussions and stress, I agreed to go and talk where I was expected by Dr. Tas who told me that it was ok only 3500 euros, this agreement signed my conviction again, after the operation I noticed that he put another fat in my dark circles( as if I spoke in Chinese and I didn't want to get rid of the problem that caused it, I wanted to make it visible from 3 km away). Tas came to see me after the intervention but he destroyed my face even worse! After 5 months from the second intervention, I contacted him and he told me to do various treatments and lasers, of course at the clinic! This has never happened to you! Next time we will see each other in court because I will file a lawsuit for malpractice!
I spent over 50,000 euros in Turkey going twice plus the investigations! They asked me for cash at the clinic without giving me any receipt
This doctor and his entire clinic are a big scam and fraud, they do surgeries just to destroy a person, to then call them for further investigations and procedures to take your money again!
There are no words to convey all the emotions and pain these people have caused me. Dr. Tas and Elvira, the doctor's assistant, are people who will cheat, whose goal is only money. There are people who speak nicely about professionalism, that Dr. Tas teaches all other doctors, that they have no negative cases, that all clients. they are happy In fact, it all turned out to be a hoax.
We can give maximum publicity to what is happening! Together we can prove it! There are whole groups of affected people that you find on social media!

Horrible experience. I wanted to get a rhinoplasty from this ''doctor''. They asked for a deposit and I paid, the guy whom I talk first wasn't even the doctor itself. He called me from a place that looks very much like an internet cafe. He showed me how my nose would be and after I paid my deposit money they said I could see my doctor ONLY an hour before my surgery, after paying them in full. In which universe a doctor handles a patient like this? I asked them what if a problem arises after my surgery, how am I gonna be able to reach out to a guy who's obviously so busy to talk to their patient. They told me that I could talk at my first month controls or when they remove the cast. After all these attitudes, along with my family I've decided that I won't get a surgery with this ''doctor''. They're extremely money hungry, no care for you at all whatsoever. This is not how a doctor treats a patient. I would never suggest him.

Dr. Tas is probably a very experienced plastic surgent. However, when it comes to nose job rhinoplasty, his reputation does not stand at all. Dr. Tas seems to approach this surgery as one size fits all approach like a mass production factory. Too much confidence and reputation makes a person sloppy. We have been promised to have a better looking nose by straightening it and narrowing the nostrils. What we got instead is a severely carved nose in the middle as he removed all the cartridge in full and he made external incisions at the nostrils which does not go away despite using all the stuff he sold us after surgery. In addition, the experience has been bad because the doctor does not bother to see his patient after surgery and his nurses are rude. They refused to turn on the AC in June under the excuse of AC is broken whereas the reality is that they want to save power. In addition, I was very surprised to experience the tactics of trying to squeeze as much dollars as possible from his patients. Even after you have agreed the full cost of the surgery and paying it in cash, his staff told us that you have to do an MRI for $1000 which is absolutely unnecessary and some carbon dioxide resurfacing for cheeks area which is for another $1000 which is absolutely unnecessary. If you want to have a Philipino nose with marks on both sides and pay top dollars, then go do it at Dr Tas. He will have no sympathy for you at the end. I have been in touch with his clinic for my complaints and it was a total waste of time. I am now writing the review as per my promise to them. The emotional distress that we had is unprecedented which was further exacerbated by the non caring attitude of the clinic.

I am from US and our experience with Suleyman Tas was very good. I got a neck lift and face lift surgery done and the results were very good. In 15 days, I was ready for a back to normal public appearance.I highly recommend Suleyman Tas .The staff are also co operative and professional.The hospital is really nice and clean and staff are also good.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum, who traveled all the way to Istanbul to have an open rhinoplasty with Dr. Suleyman Tas. She went into this journey full of hope and trust, believing she was in the hands of an experienced and reputable surgeon. Sadly, what was supposed to be a solution to a minor nasal defect turned into an absolute nightmare that has left her physically disfigured and emotionally broken.

During her procedure, Dr. Tas decided to take cartilage from the right side of her nose to fill a defect on the left side. She trusted the expertise of the surgeon and believed she was making the right decision. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

When I look at my mum now, I see the physical damage this surgery has caused. The right side of her nose, where the cartilage was taken, has visibly collapsed. This has resulted in deep wrinkles along the bridge of her nose, which now looks sunken and uneven. The bridge itself appears flat, lacking any natural contour or structure. The tip of her nose has become bulbous and poorly defined, her nostrils are uneven and flared, and, perhaps most distressingly, her septum is now deviated, causing her discomfort and breathing issues.

But beyond the physical damage, the emotional toll this experience has taken on my mum is immeasurable. She was once a confident and vibrant woman, but now she avoids mirrors, avoids social gatherings, and hides away from family and friends. She has even chosen to work from home because she feels too self-conscious to face her colleagues in person. It breaks my heart to see her retreat into herself, all because of a surgery that was supposed to improve her confidence, not destroy it.

What’s equally upsetting is the way the clinic handled her concerns after the surgery. When she reached out to express her worries about the results, she was dismissed with vague reassurances that it was “just swelling” and that things would improve with time. But time has passed, and the reality is clear—this is not swelling; this is permanent damage caused by poor surgical planning and execution. No one at the clinic was willing to take responsibility, and their lack of accountability only added to her feelings of helplessness and frustration.

Rhinoplasty is not just a physical procedure—it’s something deeply personal and emotional. My mum trusted Dr. Suleyman Tas with her face, her confidence, and her well-being. That trust was completely broken.

Now, she faces the reality of needing a revision surgery elsewhere—an additional emotional and financial burden that she never should have had to endure.

To anyone considering surgery with Dr. Suleyman Tas, please, please think carefully. Do not be swayed by polished social media profiles, curated before-and-after photos, or glowing testimonials. Behind the glossy surface lies an experience that has left my mum devastated.

One final thing that everyone should be aware of: right after the cast is removed and before you’ve even had a chance to properly see or assess the results, the clinic pressures you into leaving a positive review. This is incredibly misleading, as the true results of rhinoplasty take months to settle, and many issues may not become apparent until later.

I hope sharing her story will serve as a warning to others. No one deserves to go through this kind of emotional and physical trauma. My mum deserved better, and so does anyone else considering this path.

I got rhinoplasty a week ago, the results are absolutely stunning. From the first day the Dr. Taş was incredible, very straightforward and professional while also giving me the confidence to go through with the procedure. He explained everything that could be done to improve my facial harmony and of course also took into consideration my own preferences. We settled on what we wanted and booked the surgery in a few months. The whole environment is extremely clean and everyone was very accommodating. The surgery was supposed to be 2 hours, came closer to 3 I think but I had very very minimal swelling and no bruising afterwards. No pain either, whatsoever. The only though part was having to sleep on my back and in the beginning and my throat was very sore. Everything else went exactly as expected, no complications, no complaints, very happy. Also the doctor is obviously worth his title and his professionalism and kindness are what really stuck with me.

Devastated by Botched Neck Lift from Dr. Süleyman Taş

My sister trusted Dr. Süleyman Taş for a neck lift, but the results were catastrophic. The surgery left her with severe asymmetry and deformities that completely ruined her appearance and shattered her confidence. Instead of improving her quality of life, it turned into a nightmare.

When we reached out to address his mistakes, not only was he dismissive, but he also demanded more money to fix the damage he caused in the first place! This lack of accountability and care is appalling.
