This is not a reliable product at all, I checked my blood glucose levels 3 times as it showed very high reading for the first time, on second test (within a minute) it showed completely different reading and so was the third one. One reading was normal, one was in pre-diabetes range and one was in diabetes range. How unreliable is that? It seems like it just throws random numbers out to show its function but practically it has no accuracy.

Please confirm that you got these results under the same condition. (fasting or after-meal ).
Do you test them with the same drop of blood?
When the blood is not enough, do not squeeze your finger, so as not to squeeze out the tissue fluid and affect the test result; instead, let the blood be pushed out from the finger to the fingertip.
The comparison with another device can't be the basis of measurement accuracy.
If you are worried about the accuracy, I suggest you go to the nearby clinic and get the blood testing result, then compare that result with the one from our glucose meter, if the difference is less than 15%, then our glucose meter result is reliable.
（Since more factors affect blood glucose changes after meals, it is recommended that you compare the fasting measurement results with venous blood of the hospital, so you'd better take the monitor to the hospital for simultaneous testing. If there is a large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, please keep the meter and test strip constant for 30 minutes before testing.）

I bought a Sinocare safe accu 2 from Amazon. It says to use Sinocare meter solution before use but I cannot find the solution anywhere to purchase, I emailed the company asking for help on this matter but they haven't bothered getting back to me so I emailed them again, I'm waiting for a reply, apparently, I can't use the meter untill I have tested it with the solution.

As for the control solution is a special liquid used to test whether or not your glucometer and test strips are working properly. However, we have already tested our test strips immediately after production. You can skip this step and use the blood glucose meter directly, please rest assured.
Due to the fact that the quality control solution is only valid for three months after opening the bottle and the high requirements for storage conditions, it is easy for the quality to change within three months, so we generally do not send the control solution to customers. If you are concerned about the accuracy of the test, we recommend that you compare the results with your hospital blood biochemistry results. If you have any problems using the glucometer, you can contact us here as we offer a one-year guarantee on this product.

Peccato che non posso dare Zero stelle! Altamente pericoloso se ci si affida a questo prodotto. Preoccupato che da 3 giorni la glicemia era dai 65/47 mg sono andato dal dottore. Mi ha controllato e misurava 106 quando il dispositivo segnalava 68. L' assurdo che una volta tolto e buttato nell immondizia funziona ancora segnalando 180 . Truffa garantita. Merito il rimborso.

In caso affermativo, vorremmo sapere se ha confrontato i risultati con quelli del suo glucometro a digiuno.
Come vede, i campioni di glucosio nel valore ematico e nel liquido interstiziale sono diversi.
La misurazione dinamica è la concentrazione di glucosio nel liquido interstiziale del tessuto del derma, mentre il Finger blood analizza la concentrazione di glucosio di una miscela di sangue capillare e liquido interstiziale.
Anche i valori di glucosio misurati dai capillari in diverse parti del corpo possono variare.
In secondo luogo, a causa della diversa velocità di diffusione del glucosio nel sangue di ciascun individuo, i risultati dei due test possono non essere gli stessi.
Il glucosio nel liquido interstiziale è il risultato della diffusione attraverso i capillari, e ci sarà una differenza di tempo.
Quando la nostra glicemia cambia rapidamente, ci saranno differenze significative nel confronto.
Pertanto, si raccomanda che quando la glicemia è stabile (ad esempio, a digiuno da più di 8 ore), si possa effettuare un prelievo di sangue dal dito, attendere 5-10 minuti e poi aprire la nostra app per controllare le letture di monitoraggio del CGM.

Dopo 5-10 minuti controllare le letture di monitoraggio del CGM nell'APP.
Dopo aver seguito i nostri suggerimenti.
Dal terzo giorno di utilizzo, il feedback dell'utente le misure sono praticamente identiche a quelle della puntura.

The norma Sinocarel glucose bloodtest works fine but it turns out that the Continuous Glucose Measurement system Ican3 is totally unreliable. E.g it gives me a reading of 187 mg/dl before lunch while the manual bloodtest gives me 91 !! My guess is that this test has not been approved by the US FDA.

Sinocare iCan i3 CGM
Ho ricevuto il Sinocare iCan i3 CGM per il monitoraggio continuo del glucosio, 15 giorni con misurazione automatica tramite app iCan CGM, per verificare con l'andamento glicemico se è in atto diabete di tipo 2 e l'insulino resistenza. Al momento posso dire che l'assistenza clienti risponde immediatamente e gentilmente a qualsiasi quesito dando ottime spiegazioni.

The Glucometer malfunctioned.
The Glucometer AQ Pro worked correctly the 1st 2 times but then started to malfunction.
With a new Test Strip inserted correctly each time, it would suck up the blood successfully, enter the countdown but then come up with E3 error repeatedly. I messaged Sinocare UK many times but they have failed to address or even understand the issue. They seem to suggest I'm doing something wrong and will not accept that I'm following the Manual, Leaflet and Video instructions implicitly. They do not read messages properly or understand them. I expected them to send more strips as this is the easiest possible fix, now I've run out so cannot measure my levels. I have ordered more Strips but will have to wait. If they had accepted the problem and sent more strips immediately, then I would have received them before running out and might have been able to continue to monitor continuously - that is if its not the monitor at fault.***UPDATE*** Sinocare UK finally relented and have sent a replacement new Meter, shame I had to waste so much time and effort. I will update again if this Meter malfunctions.

I bought a blood glucose meter from the sinocare website on the 27 July 2024, payment was though paypal although I don’t have a paypal account. Over a week later informed sinocare by email to their help@ and support@ email addresses that the tracking link reported that the package was still waiting to be collected by the carrier; YunExpress. After another 7 days and sending more emails to sinocare, non of which were answered, I contacted by email YunExpress the carrier company. They informed me immediately that although a tracking number and link were automatically generated at the time of purchase that they had not received the package to be delivered. I emailed sinocare again informing them the package I ordered was not with the courier, again no response from sinocare. On the 27 August, a month after purchase, I will contact my card issuer and dispute the payment, I will use the email information and screen grabs of the tracking information with dates as proof that this company has not delivered the item paid for a month earlier. I suggest to those thinking of purchasing a product from this company to think again.

Pedido extraviado. Poco fiable Sinocare
He realizado el pedido #4357 el día 2 de julio.
El 4 de julio me comunican que el pedido está en camino.
Hoy 9 de julio realizo el seguimiento en Yunexpress con el número de rastreo YT24186219010000378 y en el estado de entrega me aparece que el envío está extraviado.
Se trata de un medidor de glucosa, por lo que me resulta muy necesario para controlar mi diabetes.
Espero que se me devuelva lo pagado porque es inaceptable que un producto clínico se extravie o no se haya enviado siquiera.
Sinocare muestra muy poca formalidad y la empresa de transporte, YunExpress, no parece ser muy fiable.
