Et à l'arrivée personne! il y avait un beug informatique dans l'accusé réception 2 dates pour mon arrivée en septembre et octobre! j'ai contacté click excursion H&L qui devait venir sur place et qui m'avait contacté via wattshapp pour convenir de la bonne date.
Ils ne sont jamais venu j'ai du repayer un taxi et malgré de multiples messages et contact via la plateform silence complet
c'est une usine à gaz malhonnête je déconseille

I truly recommend Intui Travel! They do an amazing job. They are organized and friendly.
They communicate well, and they wait when it's necessary.
My costumers had an issue at the hotel before the check-out, just on the time of departure!
The driver waited until the problem was solved. Everything went well. They arrived on time at the airport.

Payment fraud - old car
The good thing was the transfer took place. (On the way back it did not, refund rejected).
Otherwise: the vechicle was really old. There was some hint of airconditioning, but I was sweating the whole ride - lucky us it was 8 a.m.When the speed was exceeding 40 mph, the whole thing was trembling like a helicopter (wheels not fixed).
The vaucher says you can pay the balance by card after the ride is over, in popular currencies - forget it! The driver was amazed to hear that.You will also be forced to pay more than agreed.
So: the transfer might come or not come (50% probability in my experience). In no-show case you will be made guilty (driver is always right). Old faulty car, you will pay more than the vaucher guarantees. Good luck!

Sehr sehr schlecht und unseriös!
Teil eins, vom Flughafen zum Hotel:
- Keiner kam
- Ich rief den Disponenten mehrmals an, schließlich kam der Fahrer etwa 40 Minuten später.
- Statt eines Mercedes kam ein VW-Kleinbus.
- Es gab keinen Kindersitz
Teil zwei, Hotel - Flughafen:
- Der Fahrer kam 20 Minuten zu spät
- Anstelle des Mercedes kam ein anderes Auto, ein Peugeot oder Toyota mit einer schrecklichen, kaum funktionierenden Klimaanlage (es war +42 draußen).
- Es gab keinen Kindersitz
Nach meiner Nachricht an den Support erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass ich eine Menge Beweise und Screenshots einreichen müsse, um die Situation zu klären. Ich will nicht mit der Situation wegen 40 Euro zu tun, ich erwartete eine andere Reaktion von der Firma.....

Or clients wait 40 minutes with the family with 3 kids fot this transfer. We are very sad about this. The clients called them 3 times and every time the driver sad that will be in 10 minutes, but was after 40 minutes.

The company is a simple fraudster, I have been trying to recover my money for three months that I spent on transport that I did not receive. They gave me a non-existent number on my driver voucher. They have been twisting and lying for three months. We didn't receive any help from them when the driver didn't show up, they're just scammers, I don't recommend it,

By booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui.travel website, the client agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions Regulations.

On the 26th of March, we received the claim regarding the booking INT-3105179.
The incident was opened, and you were informed about the claim consideration period.
Having conducted the investigation, we provided you with the detailed response:
For the order INT-3105179, a group transfer service by shuttle was booked.
For a group transfer by shuttle, the pick-up time is not known in advance, it is be scheduled by the transport company, and, according to the departure instructions, you need to contact the carrier directly to determine the pick-up time.
The transport company informed you about the pick-up time directly via email. You did not respect the specified pick-up time and amended the booking details via Personal Account several times.
We draw your attention to the fact that during a group transfer by shuttle bus to the airport, it is not possible for a client to change the pick-up time since the carrier company plans a route along the chain of hotels the day before or 24/48 hours ahead, to include all the passengers.
This is the ubiquitous principle of the operation of group transfers by shuttles to airports around the world.
The transport company provided the service according to the booking details.
You did not show up for a transfer at the specified by the transport company pick-up time.
According to the Terms And Conditions 8.4,
«Intui as well as the Transport company are not responsible for following circumstances:
- if you didn’t cancel your booking and didn’t show for the transfer pickup, in this case the service is considered to be successfully provided and the payment for such service won’t be refunded regardless of whether you used it or not.»
The service was marked as customer’s no-show.

Driver didn't show at meeting point
Driver didn't show at meeting point. Asked for refund but you have to prove with pictures and evidences that you were waiting at the meeting point, while the driver doesn't have to prove anything, so of course you are wrong.
Edit: after few weeks they refund me, at least it's not a scam.

According to paragraph 11.1 of the Terms and Conditions:
"Please, send your complaints to Customer Support Center with evidence: screenshot of call log or SMS sent to the supplier, or photo of the flights information main screen showing date and time, photo of agreed meeting point.»
Due to the fact that we did not receive any evidence from you, you were additionally asked to provide us with any materials that you had.
According to paragraph 11.3 of the Terms and Conditions:
“We have the right to ask you for an additional information regarding the subject of your complaint and regarding the confirmation of measures you took in accordance with the instruction of the voucher.”
Having received the additional information from you, the claim on the order INT-3128761 was opened. The issue is being investigated by our specialists.
There is a standard term for the review of claim issues for orders, which is 23 working days from the date of receiving the claim. As soon as the claim is investigated, the results will be sent to your email.
