Prompt and efficient service. Engineer arrived on time.

Peter is an amiable and hard-working individual. We needed a new gas boiler and, after discussing the range of options available, he gave us a very competitive quote. Arriving as planned, he worked like a beaver to install our new combi boiler, and remove our old system. It seems there's no problem that he can't overcome and we are very pleased with our new set-up. We can highly recommend Emsworth Heating to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Peter completed the job under difficulty connecting new piping to old central heating pipes whilst fitting new radiators as there was a leakage so it took longer than normal..However he cleared up cheerfully having checked all the joints and the system before he left.

Very impressed with this company. We did not have to wait long for an appointment, and the plumber arrived 5 mins early on the day. He was polite, competent in his manner, and did not push us into making decisions straight away. Received a quote the next morning for supply and fit of a new Glow Worm Combi boiler. We checked with a plumber friend in London who thought the quote reasonable. We will post here again once any work we commission is complete, but first impressions extremely good!

I popped into the Emsworth Heating showroom to enquire about the cost to install two Google Nest learning thermostats and less than 7 hours later they were both fully installed and operational. A fantastic service and equally great value for money. Many thanks Peter.

I have a gas fire in my lounge not used for several years. I wanted to know if the fire was still safe to use and if all was in good working order. Peter came very promptly, was clearly very competent and reassuring in his manner. He checked out drawing strength of chimney and checked for any escape of fumes. He serviced the fire and gave me the assurance I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

Boiler fitted yesterday, very pleased with all aspects of the service. In particular :
The online quote system allows you to get an exact quote very quickly. You can try different options ie a choice of boilers & warranties. I opted for a system survey where my choices could be discussed & agreed. This was done promptly & without any sales pressure. I rec'd the email quotes within half an hour of the end of the survey. I like the no extras basis of the quote.
The boiler was fitted two weeks later. The system was demonstrated, the Hive controls set up and any questions answered. All documents covering invoice, gas safety cert & warranties were rec'd by email same day.
The 24 months interest free credit was very welcome.
Would use Emsworth Heating again & recommend them to others.
