Emson Haig Anmeldelser

The watch was well packaged and arrived on time, however it was much much smaller and flimsy looking than I imagined, a photo of it on someone's wrist would have helped me alot

If I could put this as zero I would. My boyfriend brought me a Gucci bracelet as a Christmas present. When getting it out the box the heart on the bracelet had a long mark on it. We then returned this to the store for them to show us three more of the same bracelet. After looking at them they were all marked. The lady’s response to this was that you will never get sterling silver perfect and it scratch's easily. I explained that it is not a scratch the bracelet has a long smeared mark on and it’s not acceptable and my boyfriend asked for a refund to which they refused and said they do not offer refunds only a credit note, which we didn’t want due to their poor attitude and lack of understanding towards the marked bracelet. The manager then offered for me to have someone’s returned bracelet if one is returned in pristine condition.. why would I want someone’s returned bracelet? or would be a 8-12 week wait for a new one to be ordered in.. beaver brooks could get the exact same bracelet ordered in within two days. My boyfriend then wrote 3 emails to them and funnily enough on the third email explaining his customers rights he gets a refund. Will never be buying here ever again in the future. Avoid!!!!!

Lovely little watches and very good customer service.

I’ve always used Emson Haig at Lakeside for my jewellery so do it on line was new to me, but I found it was very easy to order what I wanted and it was posted very promptly I was impressed.

My request was processed quickly and arrived in good time. A good service.

I ordered a bracelet, in good faith, and my money was taken by credit card, only to be advised a couple of days later it was out of stock. Why take the money before it’s despatched ? Sure the correct way is to get the item ready to despatch then take their money. Anyway I now have my money back on my card

Absolutely excellent customer service from Emson Haig (Arianne). My online purchase was followed up by a personal email. Delivery was free and very quick. The earrings are beautiful. I am a very happy customer. Thank you.

Quick delivery and exactly what I ordered.

Amazing item quick deliver definitely be ordering from you again

I ordered and paid for the item which you later sent an email to say was not in stock and asked if I wanted a credit note or refund

Great price, fast service and quality product.

Perfect link for my bracelet and delivered quick too

Easy to order, great email communication regarding order. Very quick delivery.

Emson Haig is easily the best jewellers out there. They are head and shoulders above the rest. I was looking for an engagement ring with my fiancé and the other jewellers we had been to manage to show us only a handful of options, none of which I particularly liked. EH on the other hand had a huge selection, but the designs were all so stunning too. They have sourced an outstanding collection of rings which are both traditional and elegant with a modern twist. The staff are wonderful, extremely helpful and knowledgable. They went to the nth degree of detail to help me find the perfect ring which I will proudly wear and treasure forever.

First time I've purchased from Emson Haig and their customer service was amazing, they couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered one day and the product arrived the next, beautifully wrapped.

The service at Emson Haig is very impressive I must say it didn't take long before I ordered my daughters swarvoski necklace to receiving it. The necklace itself is a birthday present for my daughters 40th birthday May I say its a stunning necklace my daughter will love wearing. Thanks again for your incredible service I will let my friends and family know about your service you are amazing

Thank you for my bracelet.

Would recommend buying from here

First time using this company so I was a bit unsure however Arianne ensured that I received the best service and support by easily exchanging an out of stock product for me. She constantly stayed in contact with me, making sure that I was aware of everything that she was doing in regards to my order. I was so grateful for her support and cannot thank her enough! I highly recommend using this website as I will definitely be purchasing from here again!
