Ich habe dort einen Bikini bestellt.

Erst nachdem ich bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet habe um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen haben die ihn mit 1 Monat!!! Verspätung losgeschickt.

Fazit : der Bikini sieht aus wie 5€ Temu und es steht -made in china- am Etikett.
Auf Anfrage sagt man mir ich könne ihn nicht zurück schicken.

Also bitte Finger weg!

The swimsuits are cheap Chinese imitations, don't fall for them!

Absolutely shocking experience. Was told 10 day delivery turnaround for 4 items, the 1st item took 6 weeks to come. I asked the whereabouts of my other items and they seem to forget they’re a business and not reply for sometimes weeks. Came up with excuses as to why items weren’t delivered. 3 months later I’m still waiting for 3 items to be delivered after countless lies and excuses. Their customer service skills is non existent, and their final resolution was to automatically refund the last item without my authorisation and acceptance. You’d expect a full apology and a goodwill gesture but not even that. If anyone looks at these reviews, genuinely do not order especially as a 1st time customer. Will never return as a customer.

Total fake, poor quality, definitely a scam.

Didn’t listen to the reviews and still bought from this company. Took 2 months to finally deliver me the product. Upon receiving it, I was incredibly disappointed. The product came from China, NOT Europe as advertised. I found the exact same product on a Chinese website for $12 and they charged me $80 for the product. Material was awful! Uncomfortable, threads coming off, itchy, etc.. Save yourself from buying off this SCAM website. I don’t know how they have such lovely photos on their website but their products do not equate.

Update: The company finally responded back and stated through social media they will issue a refund, but gave me a email that I will not receive a refund? They said since the product was a swimsuit they extended their “refund policy” claiming they do not give refunds for swimwear due to hygiene. That clause was not in there before. This feels fraudulent. We’ll see if I do receive a refund.

SCAM!!!! Do not use them!! Majority of order not arrived, they wont accept cancelation, the one item that did arrived is AWFUL quality and clearly came from china. Do not waste your money or time as you will definitely fall victim to this trap!

Do not trust these 5 star reviews at your own peril. They are all fake. The names and descriptions are all obviously made up by the company in order to boost the rating. They've been consecutively posting fake reviews to combat the real reviews.

This is my second review because the company lies and keep lying. This is a Chinese company. You will not receive your merchandise "handmade in Spain" from UPS. That is just a diversion tactic so you think the clothes just naturally take longer to deliver and are worth the price if anything is delivered at all.

Awful company with even worse customer service. Do not buy! I purchased an item and never actually received the item nor received updates in dispatch of item. I followed up asked for updates was ignored. Saw the other poor reports here so decided to cancel and seek a refund. Again they ignored despite me chasing by email and instagram.

Scam! No customer support, no order received. They are not a Spanish company neither. Reporting them everywhere I can. (Of course the good reviews that have appeared in the last few days are fake)

Unfortunately I have also fallen victim to this scam. I heavily suspect that they are not based in Spain (as they state in customer service emails) and are based in China - as the delivery tracking company is based there (the items have not been received by the delivery firm, they just create the label and send the number). The 5-star reviews are likely false too... Be warned.

They are scammers, i bought a swimming suit saying that is made in spain for almost 100$ and the product i received is made in china and nothing like the photo and very cheap material. Becareful not recommended.

It's a scam!

They say it's made in Spain, and then you receive something manufactured in China disfang whatever it is. Quality BELOW ZERO and not the same as the photo... actually completely different. Also, it's been 2 months now since I've placed my order for a swimsuit and a dress. The dress never arrived. I received a very cheap quality of swimsuit that doesn't resemble at all to the photo. No one replied to me yet regarding my refund.

I can't speak to the product because it has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received it. I didn't know I bought made to order clothes. Customer support has been responsive although confusing in their timeline estimations. AVOID

Very poor quality garments clearly manufactured in some sweatshop in China!

Advertising on Insta - I still have not received my orders over 6 weeks now and no replies to my online enquiries so raising dispute with Mastercard.

If you are thinking of buying this rubbish think twice and buyer beware.

It was enough to report the matter to the police and to Klarna (payment was made through Klarna) and they would refund the money within one day. Before reporting the matter I received several emails and each one had different information. Once they wrote that they would send the order within 48 hours, then that it was already in Ups, after a few days that they did not have the bikini yet, then that Ups had lost my order. I never received a tracking number for the shipment, they never sent my order. Stay as far away from this company as possible, waste of time, nerves and money. They are simply scammers.

SCAMMMM!! Similar to others experiences. I have been scammed $200 dollars. Dress never arrived, ordered on March 2nd, 2025 and its March 31st. NO one has responded to my emails.

Absolute scam and disgusting quality. The pictures they use aren’t the products delivered and if you google image search the photos they use they are used on all the Chinese sites.

I enquired to why my package was taking so long to be delivered ti be told:

“As a small company based in Spain, we take great pride in handcrafting each of our products one by one. This process ensures quality but can occasionally cause slight delays in shipment. As outlined in our policies, we typically require about 10-15 business days to prepare an order, although in some cases, it might take a little longer.

We understand how excited you must be to receive your order, and we truly appreciate your patience. Rest assured, it will be worth the wait!”

I can in fact state they are not HANDCRAFTED in Spain but mass produced in CHINA!!

The product received looks nothing like advertised and received damaged with buttons hanging off as well.

I was told I can’t return for refund due to “hygiene” I can personally say I would even try the product on it’s so cheap and disgusting! Which has nothing to do with received damages goods either.

STEER CLEAR! RIP off company ripping off more expensive brands!

I placed an order and never received what I paid for. They don’t respond to emails or Instagram DMs, but they were quick to block me as soon as I commented publicly. That says it all. I’ve reported them to the police and to American Express for fraud. This is a complete scam – avoid at all costs!
