No response once proof of funds shown. Just radio silence.

This is a pure scam with clothes from china disguised as luxury

I ordered two pieces on this plateform two months ago.
The items never arrived.
Empire89 never responded.
100% scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE. I made the mistake of buying a shirt which was supposed to be seesucker fabric. What arrived from China did not resemble the shirt depicted on the site. It was not seesucker but some kind of plastic feeling synthetic which would cause you to sweat like crazy on a warm day. Sleaves were too short in an XL and I am only 5'10. Made in China label on the shirt despite the posturing as an Italian company. Absolute scam for which I was taken for almost $200. Shirt was thrown in the trash where it belings.

This is what they wrote after shipping the product only 48 days after the chargeback was initiated. I refused the package. They are a total scam. Claim to be from Spain but owned by Chinese Company based in California:

Once that route is chosen, the bank becomes the sole intermediary, and we are no longer able to act on your case directly until the dispute is officially resolved.

Regarding the delivery time, our website clearly states an estimated window of 10 to 18 business days. Your order was produced and shipped within this timeframe. The fact that you decided to reject the package does not constitute a failure on our part. The item was processed, produced, and dispatched as agreed—there is no breach of contract.

Also, cancelling an order after production and shipment does not automatically entitle you to a refund—especially not through forced means like a chargeback. That is not a legitimate cancellation method, and in case of abuse, it may be considered misuse of the payment system.

Furthermore, your accusations that we are “diverting responsibility” are baseless. All we've done is explain the legal framework under which we operate, specifically the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. According to this regulation, sellers are under no obligation to issue refunds until goods are physically returned and received in good condition.

Your claim that the parcel was “refused” does not automatically constitute a valid return. Unless and until we receive the item back at our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

To summarize:

We do not accept your version of the events or your demands.

No refund will be processed while the chargeback remains open.

Any potential refund will only be considered once we receive the returned item in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action if this situation continues to be presented in a misleading or defamatory way.

please do not ever buy from here. ordered $1,100 worth of clothes. they look nothing like nor fit anything close to how they do online. I've reached out 8 times to provide steps for a return and have not heard back in almost two weeks. such a scam!!!

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order worth $300. What I received was an unwearable swimsuit of the poorest quality — worse than dollar-store standards — The rest of my order never arrived at all!!
Customer service is non-existent. No replies, no refund, no accountability.
They ship partial unwearable products, and then disappear.
I wish I had seen the flood of bad reviews before being scammed myself.

Avoid This Site – Total Scam

This website is completely unreliable. I ordered a swimsuit that took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked nothing like the pictures. It was a cheap imitation — nowhere near the quality they advertised.

I paid $100 expecting a premium product, but what I received was disappointing and poorly made. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return, claiming swimsuits are non-returnable — something that was never clearly stated at the time of purchase.

This feels like a scam. They misrepresented the product and are now hiding behind shady policies. Please don’t fall for it — do not buy from this fake site.

Scam. Pretends to be high-end European clothing, in reality it’s cheap knock-off rubbish made in China. Don’t order. Will be raising with consumer protection authorities.

Clothing is junk. Poor material and badly made. Return policy is you have to send it back to Spain at your own cost!

Malísima calidad, nada que ver con las fotos. En la página se indica que lo envían desde España pero cuando te llega la confirmación del shipping, se envían desde china. Calidad pésima a precio alto. No comprar aquí.

This company is a fraud. They never shipped the second item from my order, and I have been waiting over a week just to get a basic response about returning the items I did receive.

The items that did arrive are nothing like what is shown on their website — the photos are completely misleading. The material, structure, and overall quality are absolute garbage — cheap and poorly made.

They are deliberately misleading customers with attractive photos that do not match the actual products. This is a classic online scam operation and should be shut down.

You’ve stolen my money! Reporting you to SAIC….no one responds to any correspondence for returns. You advertise that your products are shipped from Spain but they are shipped from china.
I had ordered 3 items, 2 arrived in poor condition and the third I have been charged for but I have no item and no one is responding to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS

Me compré un conjunto de falda y camiseta por 90€, la calidad no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con lo que aparenta en las fotos, juraría que no es el mismo.
Hace un mes y pico que lo devolví y aún no me han devuelto el dinero y nadie contesta a los emails.
