Service was great, they called to make sure I knew the order was not coming in for Christmas and called when it was at the store as well as sending email. Pick up was easy and patron was polite.

I have good time with Xavier to purchase an e-bike Electo, it has a long travel distance and full light system. And they are having a 20% discount on their new bike!!!!!
They also sell lots of accessories as well such as cable lock, helmet and phone holder, easy for me to but everything at once.

I have a very good experience with the staff Xavier on their service and product. They have a cell phone holder can mount on the mirror which is perfectly fit for my bike and I have looked for it for a long time.
Moreover, they have many models for choosing, you definitely can find one you like no matter it is motorcycle style, scooter style or bicycle style.
Highly recommended you to come and take a look. They even offer test ride as well!!!!!

Ewild Pro great bike & great service
Ever since I purchased the Ewild Pro from EMMO I have been using it daily. The e-bike is such good performance that let me travelling and transferring whenever I need. especially, winter time. Their repair team is also very helpful. Fafa and Tom are such great helpers and friendly. I recommmed. You come to them if you need repair.

Not Happy
They took my order and but gave me a GPS Tracker and I wanted the Large square display Not a Tracker, and they said it would ONLY cost me with tax $113.00, Now they tell me a different price, So I have found a different company to order from so just STOP the order and put my money BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.I got the fast bike 82 Volts but now you are telling me it will cost MORE than they told me. the whole process was very east, emails were responded to in reasonable time, parts were easily available, reasonably priced. Aiden was great help. it took a little longer to arrive but I think that is normal as all my deliveries are delayed. over all I am very happy and more important is my son will be ecstatic that his bike will look new again. he absolutely loves his merona.

I got very good experience in EMMO VAUGHAN, I have test ride and the staff Xavier provided me a detailed information on my experience. I like this store and the service.
The bike is very good, it is fully functional with taillights and headlights and even I can use the low beam and high beam. I love it very much.
