My daughter saw a beautiful shoe on their website, so we ordered them. I started getting a little nervous when I realized they were being shipped from China. My fears were confirmed as what arrived was the worst knock off of a beautiful shoe I have ever seen. It fit terrible, it looked awful and was so cheap and uncomfortable. DO NOT ORDER! This is a scam website pretending to sell high quality shoes for great prices, when actually they are steep prices for the cheapest, ugliest shoes, ex ever.

The product fits well and I love the way it fits me. Best of all it is a wonderful fabric with a soft feel and though it flows nicely it is still substantial.
Ordering was easy. I assumed the product was coming from mainland China so I was prepared for the length of time for delivery. I guess I’m spoiled by Amazon.

easy ordering, good service, prompt delivery

Total scam. Ordered a wool coat for $60 got a sweatshirt. Ordered my credit card to not pay

Love my brown jacket/want to get in black too!!!❤️♥️

Classic bait and switch. After waiting several weeks to receive the lovely, flowing dresses I ordered, I unpackaged a of couple potato sacks. I don’t understand the good reviews. Design not as advertised, return shipping is not covered and not worth the expense. I’m down more than a hundred dollars because I can’t wear these two ugly, polyester “dresses”.

You were very responsive to my need to exchange my coat as it was to small.

The merchandise is what you see in the picture. Great quality & size is too perfection. You will not be sorry. Give it a try!

Buyer Beware. Misrepresentation of merchandise and store location. “Knitted sweater” is polyester with a design screen-printed. Not a real business in Boston, no US address, request to refund merchandise for misrepresentation on website must be DHL to China.

It took longer than I expected

You were very responsive. The order I received was not flattering. I requested a refund. Also, I tried several times to contact you in regard to this

loved my purchase, great sale!! shipping was unbelievably fast and the service was truly top notch! found you on Pinterest...took a chance....paid off and thank you very much!!!!!!!!!

Immediate answer, exchange was right away. Very happy

Returns have to go to China cost of $100.00 shipping

I can't say the same. I feel it's a lot of things that I have to do in order to return that were not clear before, after being disappointed with the quality of the product having to deal with such long email back and forth, time frame to return starting from the day I received the product instead of the day return was approved, the need of sending pictures of the product, printing and paying for labels and tracking, having to go in person to return and wait for 7 days after they receive the product to have money back. It's a lot that could be avoided with better customer care.
Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service, something you just don’t find at this day and age!

Lovely product delivered on time as promised

The clothes are great and the company is wonderful to deal with. The clothes may run a bit smaller than expected, but they are well made and beautiful. Just be sure to order a large enough size.

Adorable Clothes and Quality!
