I also fell foul of a claimed returns policy that wasn’t made clear at point of purchase. Site says move one size up on clothing but when I did so, item came an it was still one size smaller than all my other clothing. Tried to return and they’ve refused. Wouldn’t recommend you buy as zero customer service or support - took multiple messages and then they just claimed read the small print.

I think they are really just scamming money, pretending to be a quality retailer with slick posts but don’t buy unless you are prepared to accept no returns.

Just fell foul of the returns policy on sale items - that is to say that there's no refunds. This isn't made clear on their website.

When I challenged this, they said it's pretty much standard procedure in retail! Quite ironic coming from a company claim they want to be different.

Now stuck with a £97 pound top (which unbelievably should have been £195)

Emigre don't offer returns on sale items, not refunds or even credit. It turns out this is actually not legal. All online retailers have to offer returns on goods, only physical shops can do no refunds.

I was looking at buying more from them in the future, I won't be for this reason.

I purchased a Folio Suitcase from this company and it arrived incomplete. I have contacted the company three times to follow up and have not received a response or acknowledgement. This is not acceptable customer service, especially given the premium prices of this brand. Avoid.

Return is a hassle. I would not buy or recommend using this vendor. It could be more seamless than other e-commerce.
