paid £80 for a 5 minute appointment, no treatment provided or recommended, was told to use salt water 3 times per day. Was hospitalised the next day due to a severe abcess and needing intravenous antibiotics.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and that things escalated to the point of needing hospital treatment. Unfortunately, dental infections can sometimes progress rapidly, and while dentists follow strict guidelines on when antibiotics can be prescribed to prevent resistance, this can understandably be frustrating when you are in pain.
With regards to the charges, based on the amount you’ve mentioned, it appears that the £49 was for the consultation, which is standard across all our bookings. The remaining amount is typically for treatment. Our core treatment fees are set at £40 and are clearly listed on our website. If you were charged less than this, it may have been for a treatment not on our standard list, in which case the fee would have been set directly by the dental practice.
If you would like to clarify what the additional charge was for, you're welcome to contact the practice directly. Alternatively, please email us at info@emerdency.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to contact the practice on your behalf to get a breakdown of the charges. Used this dentist as had terrible tooth ache..fitted me in quickly and was an excellent experience. Dentist who treated me was fantastic and understanding. Tooth extracted so easily and pain free. Highly recommended..

Mum was in quite a lot of pain and needed an emergency appointment. The team offered a quick professional service . Cost wise it was £120 for a tooth extraction which was a bargain . Thank you again

Excellent Dentist
Easter weekend Saturday, I was in so much pain with my wisdom tooth.
Managed to get an emergency appointment the on the same day at Deepcar surgery with Dr Ali.
Low price of £46 + £40 for antibiotics.
Amazing caring and efficient service.

Faultless service
Faultless service, no one else interested in seeing me. One gave me a two year wait which was nice. Rang these and in within a day. Ten minutes and sorted and back on with life. Really can’t find any fault whatsoever with these guys. Will definitely look to use again if the need arises

I couldn’t get an emergency dentist near me (little Hulton) I found this brilliant de fist on Google, fitted me in with an hours notice. I was in agony (rotten tooth) the marvellous dentist extracted my tooth pain free brilliant job, the price was also superb, will definitely use them again. 10/10 service, price, 🫡

I had quite awful toothache which…
I had quite awful toothache which started on a Friday evening and got unbearable as the evening progressed. Why oh why does this happen when most dental surgeries are closed for the weekend? I was aware of Emerdency and a call secured an emergency appointment. A half hour later I was absolutely pain free. Quite a remarkable service ran by experienced and highly qualified staff. Reasonable rates and recommended highly.
