The legal team are extremely helpful - I was always able to speak directly with someone and the email communication was very clear throughout the process too. We used ELP to both sell our existing flat and buy our new one. They were great to work with - excellent communication,level heads and clear and upfront on pricing and costs. In the unlikely event we move again - let's face it who needs the stress - we'd definitely use them again.
