I purchased an item from this company that was advertised as having “four-way stretch.” Upon receiving the product, I found that the material had no stretch whatsoever and was of significantly lower quality than described.

When I contacted customer service to initiate a return, I encountered multiple issues:

The company stated that returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, which contradicts the impression given at the time of purchase.
I was offered a series of increasing but inadequate partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 25%) instead of a reasonable resolution.
To receive a full refund, I was instructed to return the item to Vietnam at my own expense, which is cost-prohibitive and unreasonable given the circumstances.

This creates a situation where customers are effectively discouraged from returning misrepresented products and pressured into accepting partial refunds.

I believe this business engages in misleading advertising and deceptive return practices, particularly by:

Misrepresenting product features
Failing to clearly disclose the true cost and difficulty of returns
Using partial refund offers to avoid honoring full refunds

I would encourage the company to clearly disclose its return policies and ensure that product descriptions accurately reflect the items being sold.

Bra was nothing like advertised. Cheap tshirt material, not front fastening, no adjustable straps, much too small.

They sent me the wrong product. They want me at my own expense to send it back or give me 20% off my next order. Needless to sa I won't accept this. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute rubbish. Sizing far too small flimsy unhemmed material. Non adjustable. No support. Wrong bras sent both colours and style. 100% waste of money. Do not buy from this company. If i could give negative stars i would.

I ordered some bras , waited a long time to receive them and when they arrived it was a totally different bra than ordered. Got in touch with the company and they offered me 20% refund. This company is atrocious and nobody should buy anything from them.

I have recently broken my arm and thought I would try a front fastening bra. chose 2 styles in multipacks from their site but what I have eventually received has little resemblance to either of the styles I chose and I am unable to even try them on. Very poor quality and flimsy fabric so I wouldn't expect them to give any support anyway.

Sent the wrong bras out and now got to send them back to china at my cost absolutely disgusting I would never buy from these

Avoid! Avoid! If I could give it zero I would. Bra ordered was white with front zip fastening. What arrived 3 weeks later was back fastener in grey! Offered me a derisory 20% refund and said I could keep the goods! I don’t want the goods! This measly refund amounts to just £3.98. To get total refund of £23 I need to post goods back to China with multiple hoops to jump through!. Not cost effective . Lesson learned! Put it down to experience.

Sent me the completely wrong bras then offered me 10% of the original cost instead of sending me what I ordered. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the velcro front fastening and velcro strap bras. What i received was a totally different type of bra and completely the wrong size when I contacted them they offered me a 15% refund and told me I had to find my own transit company and pay all costs to return their mistake..... please do not use this company

The bras are great BUT this constant ads saying copywrite issues is really, really getting old. I've aeen it in the ads for over a year now, enough already. Sounds kind of like false advertising to me.

This bra is like you're wearing armor. Not comfort at all. Tried to return it and was willing to pay to return. I got an email from a third party company that wanted me to click on some link to get a 50% refund. I will not go to a third party site and hope it's not a scam. I ordered it from daisybra web site thinking they would be the most reliable place. SO wrong. Going to call it a learning experience and donate the bra.

Daisy bra is not a full figured bra if I would of known it was coming from China and there was no number to call I would not if bought it . Sent emails pics and then get emails to send more pics . The bra fits like the ill fitted bra in picture . It has to be a joke because it said it was full figured . Do not buy this bra . It's like they sewed an A cup on a DDD bra . Total rip off Do not buy

These bras do no fit right. Very disappointed. I will stick with Bali. They are the best bras for young and seniors,

Ordered on line and paid about $20 per bra. Purchased 3 and found they tuned a little small.
After 2 washes the snap on bra broke. Another snap has now failed 3 washes later. That bra is done!
Talked to customer support and found their resolution less than adequte.
Will just consider this a lesson to not buy on line again.

I ordered 4 bras I was excited but when I received them they sent a 3xl my bra size I ordered in was a 40D they are cheap and too big when it took too long to come I should have known they was coming from China. Should have read the reviews before I ordered...NEVER AGAIN 😡a RIP OFF

What I ordered: Pure Beige/36/C, what I got, Large/Yellow!? For real? The bra is super tight and I know I'm not a big girl, 5'7, 145 lbs. I paid 14.99 for the bra, not worth my time or the frustration to send it back! Still had high hopes! I should have done my due diligence and researched a bit more. Look up the company address for Daisybras.com...that's all I should have needed to make this a big NO!

Absolute waste of money . Cheap flimsy material , offer no support or adjustments . Total rip off . I will be requested by my money be returned

These bras aren’t worth the material they are made from … you select your bra size and cup size what you get is sm, med, lg, xl, 2X, 3X, 4x, 5x, … there’s zero adjustments on the bra, cup size unless you’re a fried egg on top doesn’t cup your breast! Sorry I wasted my $$$ …

The sizes are wrong, there is no support and made of cheap material
