I have been waiting for my order for over a month and now been told I have to contact their delivery company to find out what happened to it???
Now they are not answering any questions and I've just lost my money
How is this company aloud to put ads up on Facebook or anything else in the uk
Please try anywhere else apart from these bunch of crocks

schade dass ich zu spät hier rein geschaut habe dann hätte ich mir diesen Unsinn erspart. Wie alle vor mir geschrieben haben sieht es so aus als hätte man eine 3d Figur bestellt aber man bekommt eine billige Acrylscheibe mit Aufdruck und die ist leider auch noch extrem schlecht und hat mit dem versendeten Foto nicht wirklich viel zu tun. Zumindest Haare hätte man bisschen passender machen können doch leider habe ich ein Kurzhaarschnitt auf der Scheibe obwohl ich längere frisierte Haare hatte auf dem Foto was zugeschickt wurde.

Like others said, don't waist you're money. It's a 2D picture not a 3D figure.
I should have read here before I ordered.
I wrote them, thay willing to give a compensation of 20% back.

No puedo poner 0 estrellas. Lástima no haber leído los comentarios antes. Pedí dos figuras 3D para regalar. Me envían 2D, de plástico malísimo, con 0 parecido a las fotos que envié y una de ellas al revés. Contacto con ellos (no lo ponen nada fácil), llevo una semana chateando con ellos y se piensan que somos clientes estúpidos. Me daban un 10% de dto. Les dije que no que lo quiero correcto o que me devuelvan el dinero, pero no hay manera. Una vergüenza.

Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen
Schade und traurig auf welche Art und Weise Menschen über den Tisch gezogen werden

Une honte après 1 mois à attendre cela ne ressemble pas à ce que l’on nous propose ce n’est pas des figurines en 3D mais une simple image collée sur une plaque

Colis reçu après plus d’un mois d’attente, alors que le délai annoncé sur le site était de 4 jours.
En plus du retard, les produits ne correspondent pas du tout à la présentation en ligne : ce ne sont pas de véritables figurines en 3D, mais de simples images en trompe-l’œil.

L’entreprise, basée en Chine, semble jouer sur la distance pour éviter toute réclamation : le service client se limite à un chatbot automatique, incapable de comprendre ou de résoudre les problèmes.

Le rendu des produits paraît amateur, bâclé, et manque totalement de professionnalisme.
Tout laisse penser à une arnaque.

Support ist grottig und behauptet in der Beschreibung wäre es so beschrieben gewesen.
Käuferschutz über Paypal hat auch nichts gebracht. Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen warum das abgelehnt wurde. Konnte den Betrug nachweisen

They advertise the product as a 3D figure, but instead is a 2D acrylic (or something similar).
At least in my case the colors were good and the design was pretty similar to the picture I sent and looks nice, but is DEFINITELY not what I was expecting based on their ads.

Don’t order here, it’s a complete waste of money and they don’t deliver what you expect. I got a flat piece of acryl in stead of the nice 3d-model as shown in their adds. Total scam!👎🏻😡

Stay well away from this company.
The product looks nothing like what is advertised and they even change the design that you send. I have a hand tattoo, the item I received had a totally different image to what’s on my hand!!
Cheap 3D image printed on Perspex cost £39.99, looks like it cost £4.99!
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ADVERTISING PICTURES - the item you receive looks nothing like what they advertise.
Attempting to get a refund is not happening either with them.
My advice STAY WELL CLEAR.

Pour procéder au paiement c est facile en revanche j ai bien reçu « un colis » mais qui ne correspond pas du tout à l annonce, le site nous propose une représentation en 3D de nos personnages en Disney Pixar mais j ai reçu à la place une plaque en acrylique avec la photo choisie et avec un filtre … de plus un défaut d impression est présent … grosse déception au moment de l offrir à ma compagne.
Je ne recommande pas !

If you don't want your money wasted, don't fall for this scheme. It's a complete scam. They advertise as if they're going to send you a 3D figure, but what they actually do is print it on acrylic that's not worth 5 euros. It was 40 euros down the drain.
So don't be fooled.

Es una empresa que trabaja sobre una política de enviar fraude... te envía un producto que no es nada parecido a lo que publica y luego te ofrece devolverte el 50%, con lo cual ganan el 50% de lo que has pagado enviándote un fraude

Stay away from this company. I ordered what I thought was going to be a cartoon version of a photo as a present. Had to wait nearly a month and when I recieved it they had done nothing with the photo at all. Their only solution so far is to offer me 20% of the value of the product. Not even intersted in getting it right. Very bad customer service!
