Okay - I posted a Reveiw on BirdSmile around several weeks ago & it was 1 star because what they promoted for sale / re create from a photograph was a 3D model type caricature - Well what I ended up receiving was a 2D version - But after reflection & peeling the plastic film off the product then the actual 2D picture was still awesome - My Final Caveats on BirdSmile are the following - 1. Change your marketing to show / depict what you are actually selling - Which is still AWESOME for £32 ish - You do not need to try & push a product that is not actually the product you are selling because what you produce is still a GREAT PRODUCT & in my humble opinion well worth the £32 ish - 2. Professionalise your business with auto e mails (Order received - Monies Received / order updates / order dispatched approx dates / Track My Order etc) - Offer larger products & smaller products !!! Me = prvmanx at iCloud. Com

Ze leveren helemaal niet wat je wordt voorgesteld, ze tonen een 3D beeldje en sturen een plat plaatje van je foto. En vragen er veel geld voor!!!

RIP OFF nothing like the advertised item. DO NOT USE

Selling Goods / Figurines / Plaque's Under False Pretences !!! DO NOT BUY - YIU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED 😡 !!! - So family photography couple with 4 x Dogs & they promise to re produce a complete figurine - You actually get a wooden Plaque with a photo stuck to the wood that to be honest is what they promised apart from it's just a photograph - Not a Figurine !!! I guess another scamming miss selling company - But that's how it is in 2025 !!! Final Caveat on this company - Bandits....

For those who came here seeking knowledge before making a purchase, congratulations, you've come to the right place. For those who, like me, arrived after making a purchase, I'm sorry, you'll never see your money back. This company is a rip-off, full of scammers, and they don't even have an address on their website. They don't answer the phone, and after you call them, you get bombarded with calls from scammer salespeople. They even sell your personal information. You learn something new every day. Report them to Consumers Report.

Avoid. Ordered the photo figurine in September. Never received the goods. Asked for a refund. Seller offered 70% return. Demanded 100% and still waiting. They say their system means the refund process will be very long. Please avoid.
