I’ve been taking Elle Sera for years and it literally saved me! I couldn’t be without it, however I’m now back to my anxious tearful self and they seemed to have stopped working for me in the way they did. Maybe some time off might stop the tolerance but I would love them to work for me again!

Since taking Elle sera I've had no afternoon flagging and I feel like I have more energy.

I have been taking the Golden Pill and magnesium now for a while and they have changed my life. I no longer feel anxious, I no longer feel low, I have literally no menopause symptoms. Like many reviews already left by so many women, Elle Sera really has changed my life in so many positive ways, mentally and physically.
I started with the OG, the Golden Pill after listening to the Podcast with Abby Clancy, then once the Magnesium came out I started that too and what a game changer to my sleep and overall mindset…..then came the Red Liquid, COLLAGEN! and WOW, Ladies honestly don’t be wasting your time and money taking anything else because this is what you need! My morning ritual is water and collagen before I do anything and you can genuinely feel this stuff working……my hair, nails and skin have never look so good, even my Aesthetics lady says it’s helped enhance my treatments.
All I do now is shout about Elle Sera and you should too!

Magic in a pill! Honestly these have changed my life! I have some health issues and suffer from anxiety. Since taking the golden pill ( around 6 months) I have energy, sleep better, wake up more refreshed, and my mood has improved significantly. I do not miss a dose and don’t think I will ever stop taking them. No prescription medication or over the counter drug has helped me and I’ve struggled for about 10 years (I’m now 40). I would recommend to ANY ladies ❤️ also each order gives you money back so you build a credit to use against future orders and free gifts every few months! Customer service is great too! Always checking in with emails and plenty of notice to let you know when your order will be sent ect.

I honestly can’t recommend the Golden Pill enough. After having my daughter, I came off all contraception and my hormones felt completely out of balance for a long time. Finding this has genuinely changed my life.

I have been taking Elle Sera for a couple of years now since having breast cancer. I was on hrt before and had to stop it because of the cancer.
I took Elle Sera religiously and didn’t feel any massive difference but I was doing ok. After about a year, I stopped taking it for a month or so and noticed that I was feeling quite low in my mood and more anxious than normal for no reason. I realised that the Elle Sera had been keeping me on the level so I started taking it again. I definitely feel it helps me and I take it with magnesium supplements too which have helped a lot with poor sleep.
Elle Sera are a great company with a real personal touch. I highly recommend Elle Sera.

Could not live without my golden pills xx

I was with Elle Sera for over two years and found the company excellent overall. My subscription was always delivered on time, I never experienced any payment issues, and I had no problems with the product itself. However, I felt the tablet wasn’t quite meeting one particular need for me, so I decided to try HRT instead. That worked well initially, but after a few months I began to feel that it might be a bit too much for my body. As a result, I’ve chosen to stop Elle Sera for now to give HRT a proper chance.

I’ve been taking Elle Sera since I was 47 and I’m now 50. I started to take it pre-emptively because I felt fine and asymptomatic but was worried about what would happen when I started to experience symptoms of perimenopause. All I can say is that I feel just the same now as I did three years ago and that Elle Sera has been more than worth it for the peace of mind alone.

I am currently about to finish my second month of Elle Sera. I felt with my first month I noticed a big difference in the lead up to my period. Less agitated and emotional, I feel most reviews express their feelings towards desire. I am yet to experience that, but still super hopeful going into month 3 of my Elle Sera journey.

I’m around 6-8 weeks on this journey and if I’m completely honest I don’t feel any different just yet, I going to give it 12 weeks which it might just take my body a little longer to digest. So I’ll check back in at 12 weeks for another review.

I’ve been taking Elle Sera for a good while now and I can honestly say I can’t be without it. I started taking it as I was getting menopause symptoms but I didn’t want to take HRT, I was getting very irritable so I tried the Golden Pill & wow it really does work. I have been taking it a while but I get no symptoms at all, I’m 52 and this has been a game changer. My friends struggle with Menopause but the Golden Pill is the one thing I take every day without fail. Highly recommend

Really impressed. Into month three now (golden, mag and collagen). Noticeable difference in meno symptoms. Sleep has been the biggest improvement. Hair and nails are starting to see improvements. Yes, the products aren’t the cheapest on the market but the ability to be able to function and be productive after a quality sleep is worth it.

I was struggling with night sweats and kept googling what helps and was given 101 things as recommendations . A friend said she was struggling and started taking the golden pill so I ordered some and within the first 2 weeks my night sweats had stopped completely . It was such a relief to finally get a good nights sleep . I’ve since recommended to my sister who was suffering with mood swings and sleepless nights ( we are both in our late forties ) . I get mine on a monthly subscription and I couldn’t be without them . If you’re suffering with any form peri / menopausal symptoms do yourself a favour and just try the golden pill you will not regret .

I started taking the golden pill on march 25th so coming upto 4 weeks now, i have taken it daily. my main issues are my mood and night sweats id say the past week my nightsweats arent as servere but my moods are still up and down i dont sleep very well so lack of sleep/ interupted sleep doesnt help either ,looking forward to the next couple of months to see the real benefits,i am hopefull 😊
