I think the company, the keeping in contact is second to none. It's brilliant. I've only been using for a month but so far I see no change whatsoever. It takes time, up to three months, to see a difference so I wait patiently, pay, literally, the price and see if it works.

I’ve been taking collagen for a good few months now ,
I can honestly say that I’ve never had better. My hair, skin and nails look and feel really healthy. I also suffer with a bad back and find this collagen has helped me with my pain,
I very rarely feel pain like I did- I’ll not be without this product, it’s easy to take and worth every single penny.

I have been taking the collagen, golden pill and magnesium for 3 months now. The collagen is fabulous and have noticed a huge improvement in bone pain, skin and nails. I can’t say I’ve seen any benefit of the golden pill yet or the magnesium. I’m going to give them another month though and then decide whether to cancel or not.

The first point I'd make is that the Customer Service is second to none. The team reply to emails, ring if you have issues and really work to solve any issues that you may have, so reach out if you need to and help is at hand.
Now the pills..
I have been taking them for a few years now after a particularly brutal time having a hysterectomy and going straight into surgical menopause. I was desperate for any support alongside my HRT, I was on the maximum licensed dose and although I was feeling better than I had I wasn't great by any means.
I took them and felt better so after 6 months I stopped as they are expensive. After 3 months I felt shocking again and the only thing I had changed was the Golden Pills so I started again ... and stopped when felt better.
You would think that I had learnt but sadly it took repeating this about 4 times before I made the connection that 3 months after stopping the pills I feel terrible.. irritable, snappy and low. So while I don't feel on top of the world taking them, when I stop I feel rubbish and noticeably so, my husband even asks if I have stopped as he can tell.. whoops.
So yes they are expensive but for me they give me a normal life that I think without them I would struggle to achieve.

I have found since Peri started that my energy levels have been low and that's the main thing I wanted to find something to help with. Since starting these I definitely have more energy and actually got back into running again! It's not a miracle cure for all peri symptoms but it definitely helps.

Tried this product for three purchases and, unfortunately, I saw and felt no different.
Celebrities endorsing products are a real hook; however, it didn't actually work for me.

In all honesty I have to take it because if I don’t I notice a huge difference with my grumpiness! When I take it I’m calmer. The magnesium I also take and this is the best I’ve tried other ones gave me nightmares! I still get crazy dreams but nowhere near as bad as nightmares (no one mentions magnesium gives you nightmares)

This company feels quite relatable and trust worthy. I’m still new ish to Elle Sera but so far, I think I’m trusting my journey with you. There are so many supplement companies all vying for your attention it’s hard to know which one to choose and what product will work for you. I do think I feel slightly better with taking my Elle Sera supplements but I have also mad lifestyle changes too so I’m hoping that the two combined make a difference to how I feel.

I have to say I’ve only been on them for a month and it’s definitely helped with my mood and I’m beginning to feel better all around. Menopausal symptoms are definitely not as bad as they were and I’m expecting to see even more improvement over the next few weeks.

Can not see the change but was taking alternative products before. I struggle opening the collegen capsules and it leaves alot of product behind. I want to give this product more time to evaluate the efficiency. X

I heard about the golden pill via a friend and was informed about the amazing reviews on how this pill had really helped women through the menopause. I wanted to give it a try as didn't really want to start on HRT, so I gave it a try and within a few weeks my symptoms of anxiety and hot flushes improved immensely. I was so impressed that I then started on the magnesium to help with my disturbed sleep and this pill also improved my sleep issues. I can honestly say I would not be without either of the pills, they are amazing and have helped my menopausal symptoms so much.

Definitely works. I have been consistent with these for over 3 months now, taking 2 every morning. I have suffered since being a teen with PMDD, I am now in my late 30s and would struggle so much with day to day life. These have helped lift the fog for me and I just generally feel calmer and things feel more manageable for me. I don’t notice huge shifts in my mood during different times of the month like I used to.

The order process was simple and delivery was super quick. Premium packaging with booklets detailing all the ingredients and their purpose. It's too soon to rate their effectiveness but I have purchased all 3 items and am hoping to see some positive results in 12 weeks.

I’ve only been taking the golden pill for 9 days so far and already I’ve noticed an improvement in energy levels, reduction in brain fog, increased libido…too soon to give a full and balanced review yet, but early indicators are amazing! Worth every penny so far.
