Have not received my order over 20+ days. Very disappointing

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered a medium sized dress . It arrived after 3 weeks and it is huge. Have contacted the company 4 times and heard nothing . About to raise a dispute with my credit card company .

Update- refunded by credit card. Company never replied

This company are trading as a company in London they are a Chinese company and are absolutely appalling selling cheap shoddy goods which look nothing like the online adverts. They are not being transparent about where the returns have to be sent to ie China at your own expense.

Do not buy from this company Trading Standards need to be alerted about the despicable lies this so called company are scamming people with.

Ordered slides .absolutely awful quality nothing like the photo!! Numerous emails to reply but no one ever responds back!

Items arrived, poor quality. When tried to return for refund. Returns communication is non-existent. After many emails, have left it in hands of bank. Also NOT LONDON BASED (MAYBE CHINA As delivery email was in Chinese) AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am still awaiting my order. Several emails sent with auto generated reply. I wish I’d read the reviews first. Not London company, Chinese!!!

Item took ages to arrive...and then when it did, material quality was nothing like the item photographed on website.
If I wish to return in (and why wouldn't I, it's terrible!), I have to send item to China. Which will cost me.

Lesson learned. Read reviews before buying stuff online. All reviews for this company are terrible.

Sadly the reviews below are absolutely true and I wish I had seen them before purchasing a top. The 'Easy Returns' claim is an absolute lie. I have been offered 15% of the cost and have not heard anything since. The item I received in the post is extremely poor quality and the sleeves are too long for anybody. Do not purchase anything from this company. This is not a London based company as they pretend - one of the messages I received was in Chinese.

That was a week ago. I’ve reported it to my bank and I got my money back thankfully.

Some of you, like me, are realising this is a Chinese company. This is indeed the return address I've received: Room B104, Kaicheng High-Tech Park, No. 11 Jiali Road, Dalang Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province 518109, China. I asked Facebook to remove their site but my request was refused.
Ellajunelondon does not even deserve one star. It is to be avoided at all costs. The clothes are severely substandard and bear no resemblance to the site photos. When you try and return an item you are offered meagre partial refund (15/25/50% max) to save the hassle, cost of international shipping as it turns out their only warehouse is in China and risk of no refund at all should the item get lost in transit - despite initial claim that returns are free if an item is defective.
The partial refund offered never materialises.

Be very careful when ordering from this company , it isn't what it seems. My blouse took about 10 days to arrive, (should have known then) item was a very poor fit and material cheap. Requested a refund and postage address to be told that the sizes were on their website, suggested that I give the top to a relative or friend and they would refund 15%, or I could exchange for a further cost of £8 . This came from China. I certainly will be careful when ordering online in the future. This item will go to charity waste of money lost £29.99

This is not a London based company, the photo shown online doesn’t exist. The item I received was in fact made and shipped from the Far East. It was NOTHING like what I ordered, as shown on online photo, as in material, shape or size. I was expected to pay myself to return (to China) even although it clearly wasn’t what I ordered. In fact return wasn’t an option because of cost and reliability of item getting there at all so refund probably wouldn’t happen, or if it did it would take a very long time but not confident it would happen. After numerous emails and going through my bank I did get a refund eventually but advise a bit of research into company's that are selling online.

Misleading “London” brand – poor quality and impossible returns. In no way is this a 'mother and daughter run boutique' .

I bought a jumpsuit from Ella & June London based on their website images and claims of “easy returns”. What I received was completely different – not a jumpsuit (separate top and trousers), very poor quality, and made from cheap polyester/lycra rather than the “breathable” material advertised. Honestly looked like medics scrubs.

When I tried to return it, I was told I must send it to China at my own cost. They also stated they are not responsible if the item is lost, delayed, or held in customs – meaning you could return it and still not get a refund.

They repeatedly offered partial refunds (15%, 25%, 50%) instead of accepting a proper return, which felt like an attempt to avoid giving a full refund.

This is not an “easy returns” process as advertised, and the “London” branding is misleading as the product is shipped from China, despite them claiming Royal Mail shipping.

I am now pursuing a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider due to the item being not as described.

I would strongly advise others to avoid.
