Elk & Bloom Anmeldelser

Thoroughly impressed with Elk & Bloom, this was my first time purchasing. I bought 3 items for my sisters 30th birthday, 2 pairs of earrings and a bracelet and they were beautiful. She loved them. The delivery was super fast and packaged beautifully too! Would definitely recommend and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future presents!

I have two necklaces from this brand now and love both. Able to wear them in the shower and they are still in great condition. The packaging and delivery are great too. Would make for a very nice gift!

Lovely item arrived in beautiful packaging

I have a very dainty necklace from Elk & Bloom which I adore but I recently had some trouble with the clasp on the chain. I got in touch & Katie was so helpful, she helped me to arrange having my chain fixed & everything ran smoothly & the repair was done so quickly! Would highly recommend Elk & Bloom for their lovely products & helpful staff.

Good communication from customer support and beautiful earings well packaged and presented. I would highly recommend purchasing from Elk & Bloom if you spot a shiney you fancy!

Beautiful and unique jewellery. Packaged and presented perfectly. Absolute luxury which is what my wife deserved on her birthday. Would not hesitate recommending Elk and Bloom to anyone and would definitely purchase again.

Customer service is wonderful! they were so helpful. I just love my necklace. Such good quality. Elk & Bloom are my go to place for birthdays and gift giving events!

Ainda não recebi o produto, sendo que já passou o prazo de entrega.

Amazing communication from the company - beautiful packaging- I haven’t seen the items because they are a gift. Just a note - these were separate gifts but came packaged together- would be nice to have individual packaging for each item - but overall I can’t fault Elk & Bloom and will definitely order again!

Very slow to issue refund on returned goods! Had to ask several times! Also knocked £15 off refund for gift boxes which were returned and a handing fee!

Great service. Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend

Lovely quality earrings in excellent gift packaging. Recipient loved it.

I ordered a gift for my mum but was traveling for work when Elk & Bloom reached out to say the item was out of stock. Instead of just refunding me, they offered any alternative regardless of value—fantastic service. After a gentle reminder, they realised it was a time-sensitive gift and proactively dispatched a close substitute along with a complimentary gift. My mum absolutely loved the earrings. I’m really impressed by the thoughtfulness and care.

Beautiful lotus design pendant. Bought for my friend’s birthday and I am sure she will love it. Looks expensive but discreet.

I recently purchased a pair of earrings for my sister-in-law’s birthday from a third-party website, but unfortunately they had already sold out of the style I chose. Although it was disappointing, Katie at Elk & Bloom was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole situation.

She was incredibly helpful and patient, giving me the opportunity to look at alternative pairs they had available and making sure I felt supported in finding something suitable. In the end, I decided to purchase earrings elsewhere, but Katie still went above and beyond by ensuring I received my refund promptly from the third-party site.

Her customer service was genuinely excellent — friendly, professional, and truly helpful from start to finish. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Elk & Bloom in the future thanks to Katie’s outstanding support.

Gorgeous ring really well packaged , fab customer service to.

The best online jewelry company!High quality, amazing customer service!!! The only online jewelry company i recommend! Love! Great job you guys!

I bought a thumb ring and it came off and got lost within days, I bought another to replace it and it did the same within a day. After contacting customer services they said they would give me 20% off to replace but they wouldn’t just give me the code, they would only reimburse this once ordered. Unfortunately I would have had to use klarna as £55 for the third time isn’t cheap. I didn’t bother replacing as was just made complicated and the product is obviously flimsy and not worth the money.

Fast Shipping and a beautiful necklace! The quality is great for a plated necklace and the packaging seems very fancy too. Thank you!
