Received necklace in good time, beautifully packaged, looks good quality. Giving as a gift to someone who wanted something pretty that they could wear everyday doing everything and lasts but not be too worried about something that cost a fortune so it fit the brief perfectly. I had also done a lot of high street shopping to find something and nothing compared in regards to value/quality and guarantee.

Be very careful ordering from this company - only do so if you are sure you are going to be happy with the item as they have a hidden return fee. I have ended up out of pocket sending for a necklace which was poor quality so I returned. As well as paying for the return postage (which I was happy to do, I understand it is a small business) I enquired if any other fees and was told there was a "return fee" - I assumed at most that would be £1-2 so was shocked when they charged me £5! They can't give any explanation as to why they have charged this amount, it seems totally arbitrary and no amounts are stated on their website, and nor did they specify an amount when I enquired before returning. I wish now I had checked Trust pilot before ordering as I see this has happened to other customers, and being charged varying amounts. This feels extremely sneaky and obtuse. I understand that for small businesses accepting returns can be tricky but profiting from them is plain wrong, and sharp practice, particularly when you are returning because you are disappointed with the quality of the item. I ordered a "dainty" necklace with gold stars, but holes were punched into the stars so poorly and not uniform that some of them did not look like a star at all. I was asked why I had not provided this feedback when I returned the item, I had not realised I needed to specify in detail why I was returning, however it does not seem that would have made a difference to charging me a return fee as customer service are adamant it is policy to charge, even though their website only states "return fee" no actual amounts! I have now reported the detailed reason but doubt that will result in returning my £5 as they would rather cling to a policy than encourage a customer to ever consider using them again. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
*Update - just as others have reported the company then tried to get me to change the review by offering a £15 voucher and refunding postage - amusing if it wasn't such poor practice. What a way to do business. Avoid. *

I was lucky enough to get the free jewellery item with my order, which has given me a great start to my Christmas shopping.
The jewellery is lovely and the presentation is really pretty. This is my second time purchasing from Elk and Bloom and I will definitely use them again.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. My daughter's were kind enough to buy me some jewellery for my birthday. Unfortunately, although beautiful, it wasn't my style. I was able to return and exchange it in just over a week. I am so thrilled by the item I received. Looks great, lovely quality. Beautiful packaging. I will definitely buy from them again. Such a lovely item, superb quality and presented lovely can’t wait to give it my granddaughter. I usually buy the usual Pandora items which are expensive so this is a more economical choice with, in my option better products. Ellie communicated throughout as Royal Mail tracking wasn’t working so had no clue when it was going to arrive and needed it for certain date (hence paid the extra ) but it arrived in time. Will 100% recommend and definitely buy from here again .

Excellent quality and customer service.

It took 40 days, 12 emails and a trip to the post office to get a complete refund after they sent me the wrong product. It was a shame they messed up the gift I was meant to give meaning I had to rush out and get something else last minute. Also a shame the customer service is very bot-like (tons of inappropriate smileys and xxx) and it took negative reviews to get anything resolved. I am not a happy customer but I got my money back in the end.

Order arrived quickly,although different item received they were very quick to rectify mistake. Customer service is quick and efficient. Katie was very courteous and helpful. Would purchase again from this company

Sooo happy with my order. I won’t lie I’m fussy when it comes to jewellery, and I also like my jewellery to be different to everyone eles. When my items arrived I was actually suprised by the quality and the appearance, often “chunky” doesn’t appear so chunky in real life but with all of my earrings they have arrived bigger and better then expected. I can’t wait to order again

This is why it's wonderful to support small businesses where you can still get a personal connection: I've had some issues with a delivery which got stuck somwhere in transition with Royal Mail.
