DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. I went through the intake process and was approved for GLP-1’s. After I filled out the questionnaire (and they charged my credit card), I received an email stating that a provider would review my intake within 24-48 hours. I waited 72 hours and reached out via email because the chat option is not actually available in the patient portal. I received an email back saying that I had to call and schedule an appointment with a provider. I called and the AI message said that the estimated wait time was 8 hours and 27 minutes… insanity. So I sent another email cancelling my order and requesting a full refund since ElixaMD did not hold up their end of the transaction. I received no reply. I called the number again the next day and chose option 4, which is to cancel, and the AI message said there was a 43 minute wait and I could hold my place in line. I selected that option and guess what- no one ever called me back. I have since sent yet another email and am currently waiting for a reply. Their customer service is practically non existent. They’re very quick to charge your card though!! Buyer beware, there are so many other great GLP-1 providers out there!!

Well, I tried to sign up today. They took my money, now they just say the prescription is in review. Nothing! I switched to this company from Altrx. Looks like I went from bad to worse.
The 2.5 dose I got at Altrx, did nothing. No side effects, nothing. I'm only asking for the 5mg dose but they don't respond. Calling? Forget it. Hours on hold. Their patient portal has no way to communicate with them. Im just so sad and disappointed. They sure took my money fast.
There is no way for me to find out what's going on. It still says prescription is in review. They never called me back either.

Well, they finally contacted .e to say I must get lab work done get a letter from my doctor saying it's okay for me to take the meds, after I've already been on them for a month, and to do a video appointment with them. They continued to say if I dont jump through these hoops they won't send the medication AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!
Of course my doctor will not recommend this company because she knows nothing about them. I have a letter from her explaining this. If I could, I would post it here. So, I'm out $148 with nothing but stress. Stay away Notice how all their responses to negetive reviews are basically the same?

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Before I received ANYTHING, I started geting e-mails about personalized coaching. I e-mailed back that I had not even started yet. The next day, I got an e-mail telling me to call a particular phone number - it was for Embody. I tried calling the phone number on their ad - 4-6 hour hold time. How can you possibly guide people on something as serious as their health if you cannot answer the phones. They could not explain how I got the Embody phone number (I sent copies of the e-mail) and I finally got a refund. It was a process and days of constant e-mailing before I got any results. This is YOUR HEALTH people - buyer beware.

Clearly, a bunch of liars They advertise that they can do 15 mg of tirz for 128 per month, so it makes you think about moving from other companies that you’ve been dealing with, but then when you go for the assessment, they don’t or cannot do 15 mg. Again, they advertise they can. They take your money and then tell you you can’t to try to get them on the phone. They tell you 4 to 6 hours and they’ll call you back. Don’t do it. Worst company ever, I have screenshots of their false advertising and their assessment saying they can’t do what they advertise

**** it’s been two days since I have requested cancellation. They have yet to refund me any money or even to reply to any emails. Again, don’t risk it with this company

Another wasted day, three hours on the phone, trying to get my dosage correctly with this horrible company. No one on the phone can actually do anything. They have to put you on hold for 2 to 3 minutes dozens of times.
I’ve told him I’m going to file a bad review every single day. I get bad service until they resolve my dosage and get it correct

If you have concerns about your dosage and making sure you get the correct dosage, I would not advise using this company

Do NOT use this company! They stood me up 4 times beginning at 6am waiting for providers!!! - I was on hold for over an hour waiting for them to connect!!! Their answer to reschedule, same EXACT situation happened!! Truly worst company i have ever dealt with!! - their call center is completely useless. They have the audacity to still want to charge me so i am forced to file criminal actions--please do not use this company when there are so many others to choose from!!!
