We had a fantastic Umrah with our three children. First of all communication before travel was very good even over the weekend you get a reply. Upon arrival in Jeddah our transport was right on time. Our hotel Al Ebba was reasonal price and walking distance from Haram. Our guide Nabeel was amazing at all times. We did Umrah twice and he was our guide on both times. Oir tickets for train to Madina where given in time. The only thing I would ask is to give more instructions to people about Madina as we didn't really know what to do apart from praying in the mosque. Other than that it's a very organised company to use for Umrah
