Alamanah Travel UK Anmeldelser

My agent was Fiza and she was extremely helpful throughout my visa process for Umrah. She explained everything clearly and was patient with my question. I would highly recommend her!

I didn't have to wait for a longtime before an agent contacted me regarding my initial inquiry to go to omrah.
All the cost for the flights and hotels including the names of flight carrier and hotel names in Mecca and Medina were shared with me.
All I have to do is make a decison!

Afzal was very helpful and worked hard to find us the package we were looking for. Excellent customer service.

I would like to recommended the travel agency to everyone who wants to do Hajj or Umrah. Good communication and quick action. I would like to take opportunity to thank all the staff and special Farhan

I was served by Areeba who was very professional, person centred, solution focussed and very agile in responding & collaborating via WhatsApp platform - highly recommended agent & agency

Scam!
Do not use their service.

Thank you so much alamanah team. And expecially Mr Abdul rai and Farhan khalid, I have travelled with them multiple times. And recently due to the war my ticket got cancelled. They promised to get me the full refund and they did. Thank you.

Very good reliable service good prices MISS FIZA HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING FOOD GUY

Very kind staff, Farhan Khalid especially - thank you for the excellent service.

I had a really good experience with Alamanah Travel for my Umrah, and I’d especially like to mention Brother Farhan Khalid. He was extremely helpful throughout and made the whole process straightforward.

The hotels were very good, the transport arrangements were smooth, and communication was probably one of the best parts of the experience. Farhan was always easy to get hold of and kept us updated whenever we needed to know anything.

It made a big difference knowing that there was someone there to help if we had any questions or concerns, especially during a journey as important as Umrah.

I’d happily recommend Alamanah Travel to anyone planning their Umrah. JazakAllahu khairan to Brother Farhan and the team for looking after us so well. May Allah accept our Umrah and reward you all abundantly. Ameen

Alhamdulillah, I had a beautiful experience with this company, I was hesitant at 1st as I didn’t know anyone who personally used their service, but from start to finish Afzal was there making sure everything went smoothly and very organised. Alhamdulillah due to his very good customer service I felt supported, the whole booking and transportation was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone going umrah and truly just want to concentrate on their acts of worship to use their service

Alhamdullillah booked our package for 14 nights. Br Afzal did our booking for us,customer service has been great. He kept us informed every step of the way also made sure when we got to Jeddah Aiport that we arrived OK and were picked up by our driver and kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. We struggled to book Rawdah visit on Nusuk app, he also made sure to get a booking for Rawdah for me and my family. Our hotels were in a good location as we request close to the haram. Jazzak Allah khair for all your help and support. Its been a great experience Alhamdullillah.
