Appalling conditions and zero accountability
I was part of a group of 4 families that booked our Umrah package back in March. We waited 10 months for confirmation, only to be given it on the day we were flying. The agency split our group up, and my family was placed in a truly horrific hotel. It was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely unsuitable for a spiritual trip. To find out the agency only booked it 2 days before we arrived—despite us paying 10 months ago—is disgusting. They don't care about your experience, only your money.

Don't be fooled by their sales pitch. We booked in February for a December trip, but they didn't provide confirmation until we were literally leaving for the airport. They messed up the rooming assignments and separated our families, forcing some of us into a sub-standard, smelly hotel. It’s clear they hold onto your money and only book at the last minute. Their "service" ended the moment they took our payment. Disgraceful.

Headline: They split our families and ignored our calls! Extremely disappointed. We were a large group of 4 families traveling together, but the agency split us up upon arrival in Madinah. My sister was placed in a terrible, dirty hotel that was nothing like what we expected. Even though we booked 10 months in advance, the hotel told us the booking was only made 48 hours before check-in. When we tried to resolve this, the staff were useless and dismissive. Do your
research and stay away.

My review was removed by manipulation. So not sure trust pilot are even doing their research and groundwork.
Our journey and whole trip was completely messed up by the agen Nabeel. Promised the world and delivered nothing. Changed our hotels to 1 star on the day we arrived at madina. When we paid for a 5 star package. No acknowledgement or offer of reimbursement as yet even after we returned. This shows that this is how they make money and clear evidence as others on hear are talking of similar experience.

Please avoid booking with this agency!

I booked my Umrah through a travel agency called Elite Umrah, and the experience was really good. They arranged everything smoothly, including flights, hotels, Ziyarah, and all ground transportation. Brother Nabeel stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, the service was reliable and well-organised, which made our Umrah journey much easier and stress-free.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. Brother Nabeel is wonderful man he made this journey stress free for me and my son. Always checking on us if everything is OK. If drive arrives every single thing, he got us the best hotel where the haram is just 10 minutes by the hotel bus which is free, the bus leaves the hotel every 15mins. My first time to umrah was amazing. The customer service is 10 out 10 I recommend this agency and I travel with Saudi air, the amazing thing about the airline is you can pray in the plane. Ma Sha Allah it was a wonderful experience with Eliteumrah, Alhamdulillah my wife and I came across their page on instagram. From that moment till we got to Saudi Arabia and back the communication was great, the details and how well we are taken care of through out our journey.

•we booked 9 months ago and nothing was confirmed until a few days before, extremely last moment
• took too long to bring back visas
• we paid for a 5 star hotel in madina which suddenly was changed to a 1 star hotel
•when we asked the original (5 star) hotel if our rooms were booked from the beginning, they said no meaning the agency lied about the booking from the start
• we booked as a group however we were separated into 2 hotels (the 5 star and 1 star)

Elite Umrah provides excellent services from start to finish. There prices are affordable, which includes flights, visas, hotels, transport in Makkah and Madina. They have good communication skills and are approachable. I already have recommended them to friends and families. I will definitely contact them in future for more services. We recently booked my Umrah trip through Elite Umrah after watching a positive feedback from a sister on you tube who used their service, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The team was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly, and provided clear guidance throughout the process.

We made our own flight arrangements before contacting them. They took care of our accommodations, visa and taxi from Jeddah to Makkah and Madinah to Jeddah and both Ziyrah. The accommodations were comfortable and close to the Haram, and the overall package was well-organized. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to making the journey stress-free and spiritually fulfilling.

What truly impressed us was their generosity – they upgraded our stay in Madinah to a 5-star hotel completely free of charge! This thoughtful gesture made our pilgrimage even more comfortable and memorable. Brother Nabeel could not rest until we reached our hotels and he was constantly checking on us throughout up up to the time we recached the airport on the return.

Please anyone using their service, do not be discouraged or confused if you have received your documents as soon as you complete your payments they will do get them to you before you travel especially for those travelling for first time I will recommend you use their service.
