You had place the order of 3 Chelmsford Gold Chairs which we had delivered you and after 3 days later you contact us and told I wanted to return the chair because I thought I ordered 6. we sent you screenshots of confirmation that you only ordered 3 chair then you accept sorry it was my fault and can I return the chair we said okay we will pick up the chair and issue the refund. But you said no you will arrange the return and send to our address but we never received the chair the DHL tracking which you provided they not delivered to us they delivered something else to Middleton. That is the reason we had not issue the refund we are happy to issue the refund once we receive the chair. Or if you want us to pick up from you we can but I am really sorry how can we issue the refund when we had not received the chairs back.

You placed the order for table and 8 chair
And we booked delivery with courier and they confirmed us the delivery day and we informed you and they informed you as well. They had called you 2 days before delivery and said delivery coming Monday instead of Saturday. And we got call from you and informed us why my delivery date had been change we checked with courier and called you back and said they gave wrong day by mistake but definitely they delivered you on Monday and offered you free assembly and give you refund back for assembly which you said I am happy to wait. Monday when they went to deliver we received call from you and you told us bolt was missing and we checked with courier driver they confirm us yes bolts are missing but they had assembled your chair. we apologize to you and said we post the bolts today and next day you will receive and give you tracking number but you said I want my dining table to be assembled next day we said you have to wait for the courier to come to your area and they will do the assembly but you said no I want next day and we said okay we find someone local in your area and contact you back. We did found someone and book with them assembly but they were not available they said they can come next day and do the assembly but you said no I want my assembly to be done today. We contact them back and request them do today which they agreed but ask for more money we called you back and informed you if you want to do yourself we can give you. More discount but if they come and do same day they asking more money which we can’t pay please wait till tomorrow and you said the discount which you offered me don’t give me back £80 but get it sorted and make sure assembly is done today. They came and assembled your table same day which we sent you pictures also and you confirmed with us . But after three day you contact us and start asking about the £80 refund which we had said you said to us pay the discount towards the assembly if they can do today I don’t need £80 back which we said sorry we can’t give you £80 back and you said you will give bad review on trust pilot .

We had received your order on 7th December Saturday and contacted you 9th December that we going to post your chair you will get next day and you replied back and said book 17th December we said okay we can book but we can’t promise about the stock as we are busy the item can go out of stock any time you said it’s okay if you have in stock please post me which we said okay but unfortunately we sold out and informed you on 16th and issue the refund.

I much appreciate your feedback. I looked into your order, which you placed on December 14th for a light grey table and dark grey chairs. Before placing the order, you asked us what colour the table and chairs were because you weren't sure if they were light grey or white. We sent you a video and a clear picture of the table and chair, and you said it was good that we confirmed and was happy to take the orders. We scheduled your delivery for December 17th, and you also reserved assembly. Once the courier finished assembling and departed
You had messaged us to ask if I could switch the chairs because your mother didn't like the one she had received as she felt they were too big and took up too much room. As she stated that Larger people cannot fit on the chair, but smaller people can sit in it.
You confirmed to us that you had received the package when we asked.
Additionally, we questioned if the courier driver had assembled the chair. You replied that they had, we had then apologised that we couldn't exchange items because it was already assembled, and wasn't in its original packaging, as we couldn't sell it to another client because we only sell brand-new items. You even offered to return the chair to me for half of the money and give me the other one that we had discussed.
If you had any sort of problem, you should have contacted us at the same moment they started the assembly, stopped them, and voiced your concerns. we would of then informed them, telling them not to put the chairs together.
But colour issue was not the problem you wanted to change the chair for a smaller size. As when you were inquiring with us you did ask us about the chair size table size, plus everything which is also mentioned on website in item description. It’s our policy if a customer wanted to return the item it should be in it’s original packing it is mentioned on our website in the term & condition
Although we don't know the courier driver, we are familiar with the company because they provide us with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) but don't disclose the driver's number. Additionally, one hour prior to delivery, we notify the customer and their driver notify’s you via phone. As you can see, they are not a member of our team. If you require any information about them, please let us know.

Regarding the bank issue, you complained that the item you received was damaged, We responded that we have pictures showing that everything is in perfect condition, so you don't need to lie. Also you didn't explain in the review that you put up why you wanted to replace the chair, you should have added to that review the proper reason as to ‘Why’!
we have the evidence of your messages I should really have added a photo so that everyone could see it in the response section then people would know who was lying in the review.!
Additionally, after interaction with the bank who can see from the photos we sent them that everything is in perfect shape and that the products are the exact colour and style you wanted when ordering and had delivered everything you ordered and nothing was damaged, the bank has decided the matter in our favour.
simply as a result of the high calibre of the goods and services we offer our clients;
We just focus on running our firm; we don't prioritise profit. Our customers come first. Otherwise, we wouldn't have received such positive feedbacks.
Your statement was very shocking about ethnicity in the mail you sent us in the morning,
To be honest, I’m assuming you are racist (because you never will purchase from this ethnic group again)as these are your words in the mail you sent .which was highly inappropriate and unpleasant, and we said nothing in response to your racist statement. Just to remind you, we could easily modify the chair design for you if the item was still in its original packaging. Sadly, they weren't, therefore we were unable to assist you.
