I have just had a new kitchen designed and supplied by Elgar Kitchens Limited and it is everything I hoped it would be and I couldn’t be happier. When I was choosing my kitchen Lisa showed me a wide range of styles, colours, doors and helped me achieve the look I wanted and was always in the end of the phone to give advice when needed. The designer Jim was meticulous in his detail, so professional and visited my home on several occasions whilst my kitchen was being fitted to make sure everything was as it should be. If you are looking for a new kitchen then look no further I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Lisa and the team at Elgar have been so patient and communicated well throughout the whole process. She was aware we had a budget and worked with us to get it around that figure. The quality of the units and the colour in the carcasses really do make a difference. My father in law installed the kitchen and the instructions and quality he also commented on. if we ever had a query the response was straight away. I was originally going to go with a large well known brand because I had a misconception of independent firms being out of my price range. I happened to come across Elgar Kitchens through a friend and for me having everything built in the Midlands and dealing with an independent firm in my price range was a no brainer. Very pleased we love our kitchen!

As per most looking for a new kitchen, we engaged with several companies in order to get to an agreeable design and cost. There are the usual suspects out there, names we all know, who I shall not mention here.
By some fluke, we engaged with Elgar Kitchens, Sam, their sales guy, came to our house to measure up and offer a few ideas. What really surprised us was the speed that he then presented a first 3D drawing for us and initial costs (within a day). We had to chase many times over many days / weeks to get similar from the "usual suspects".
The drawing and ideas were excellent and thought provoking. By now we had also spoken to one of the owners, Lisa, who gave us her number also. After several revisions of the drawing and therefore the costing, we decided to move forward with Elgar Kitchens. We decided to take the kitchen, appliances and work surfaces as well.
After paying the deposit, a date for delivery was agreed. All appliances, cupboards and doors turned up on the agreed date.
We did use highly experienced shop / kitchen fitters to install the kitchen. They remarked many times on the quality and thickness of the cabinetry supplied by Elgar.
During the fitting process we did change our mind reference a few of the initial designs, these changes were accommodated by Elgar on all occasions.
Kitchens cause huge disruption to a family and household when being replaced, we are so glad we chose Elgar. They are competitive, knowledgeable, experienced and understanding people, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Elgar kitchens provides a very professional and attentive service, at a competitive price. Fast turn around and even helped us find a fitter. Over the moon with our Kitchen and even helped liaison with quartz worktop fitters.

Lisa was extremely professional from start to finish, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. We had a few teething issues along the way but these were sorted out. It seems like they really do care about their customers.

I would 100% recommend that you get a quotation from this company who are just trying to offer a slightly more upmarket kitchen at an affordable price point

We originally went to "the big" kitchen suppliers, but we were woefully underwhelmed by the lack of choice/range and poor customer service we received. Elgar Kitchens literally seem to have every style and colour option to accommodate every design and budget. Their service and can-do attitude was a very refreshing change from what had been an ordeal with other kitchen companies, and their extensive knowledge and experience in the industry allowed us to design a really fantastic kitchen together, utilizing what was quite a difficult space to fill. Compared to competitors, their carcasses were thicker and sturdier, their colours and ranges were more extensive, their customer service was excellent and they could not be beaten on price.

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt it would be an injustice not to. The team at Elgar have facilitated everything we wanted and more, and I'm certain our kitchen would have been nowhere near as good had we gone with local competitors. You would be MAD not to use them.

Lisa and the team have supplied 9 kitchens for our latest new build development. They have done a fantastic job from design to installation. I am very impressed with the variation of products to make each kitchen supplied unique and also being able to cater for each price bracket. Lisa and the team have gone the extra mile ensuring a smooth process and I will be using Elgar for all of our future developments.

I am delighted with my kitchen. The quality is outstanding. Head and shoulders above the competition. The whole process of design to delivery could not have gone smoother. Lisa is extremely knowledgable about the product and came up with a brilliant design that works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.
