This is a follow up nearly a year after our fabulous kitchen was provided by Elgar Kitchens. We had a problem with an appliance - efficiently and quickly dealt with through their contacts. Also quick phone calls for small issues again dealt with efficiently with great customer service from everyone involved. I would say a model company - having just built our house I can genuinely say Elgar Kitchens shine out as the very best of all organisations we have dealt with - thank you again.

We bought our first property in July 2021 and visited a few kitchen providers in search of a great kitchen to our budget. We went to Elgar via a recommendation but anxious as thought we could never afford them. From the consultation visit all the way through to design stages (all via email) to showroom visit and delivery we were wowed by the customer care received. Elgar Kitchen may be a small business but with the right drive and hunger to provide an excellent service. We've always encouraged small local business and we can't recommend them enough. Adam looked after us and he knew straight away that we weren't sure how to design and also nervous about the outcome. He was great to the point of suggesting a kitchen peninsula where I didn't think I could have one. He got the design spot on. We've had the kitchen fitted independently but John was well known to Elgar and everything we needed it wasn't too much of an ask. Thank you Adam for giving us our dream kitchen, we are very happy cooking (and dancing) in the new space

We have recently completed the extension and refurbishment of our kitchen and checked out all the major suppliers. Elgar was selected because of the the engaging nature of the staff, the range and quality of its products.

Elgar has delivered an absolutely stunning Kitchen that is even more impressive than the computer-generated image. It has been so refreshing to work with a growing company that takes a sincere pride in its customer care from the moment you walk through the door of their well-appointed showroom.

Our design partner Sam Robinson has been outstanding. He provided excellent thoughtful advice and guidance from the initial design to final delivery of the end product. When unforeseen building delays arose Sam and the whole Elgar team could not have been more helpful and supportive. From our initial conversation to completion of the project we have been very impressed with the highest quality of customer service and care provided.

Thank you to Lisa and the whole Elgar team, especially Sam, for their support and absolute commitment to providing first-class customer services and a kitchen we are delighted with.

I had a very short lead in time and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted until I visited Elgar, Adams really professional friendly advice put together my ideal kitchen.
The quality and choice is absolutely fantastic and also the after care service is great, as I needed additional items which got delivered the next day! Thank you!
My only issue was (and this not with Elgar) that we used our own builder to fit the kitchen and therefore joints, plinths etc were not perfect, so in hindsight would have used Elgar for everything.

Having a new kitchen is a mind blowing experience, where do you start? We were recommended Elgar Kitchens by our builder. A new company so we did not know what to expect. Well there was no need to worry, from day 1 the company exuded professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Although we had a base idea our designer, Adam, has been great. From the initial discussion at home to discuss our ideas, the initial plan, ongoing changes, discussions on cost to the final design. Knowledgable on all aspects, from the cupboards to electrical appliances to flooring. There have been a few bumps in the road when incorrect items were delivered but the communication with Elgar has been top notch. With the kitchen finally completed we are so impressed with the quality of the finishes. Please, if you’re looking for a new kitchen, try this new, exciting company, they’re great.

I would recommend EK to anyone looking to buy a kitchen.
From the very start, the choice of kitchens was excellent, offering a superb range of styles and colours.
We were really happy with the design we were offered and were given plenty of suggestions we had not thought of, and any of our own ideas/needs were easily incorporated.
I took on the daunting task of installing the kitchen myself and found that due to the quality of the units (and the fact the units arrived pre assembled,) I found this process to be relatively easy and any problems I did encounter with parts or installation help were answered quickly.

Having relentlessly searched for our perfect kitchen we booked visits at Avanti, Wren, House & Haven, Howdens. After every design meeting we walked away feeling unfulfilled and underwhelmed. Having to compromise on quality, colour, or design.

We stumbled across elgard from a recommendation from a colleague. Instantly blown away by the quality high end kitchens on offer. When first sat in the showroom we were convinced Elgars kitchens were above our budget, and we couldn't afford their kitchens. However Lisa reassured us and worked with us to design our dream kitchen for the quality and colour we wanted & just within budget. Having felt pressured to make an impulse decision and commit to a deposit with other kitchen companies, we were so shocked by the relaxed and confident approach Elgar gave us. The staff were very experienced and knowledgeable actually providing us 'advice on what works best from the offset- from the taps, kitchen floor, appliances, internal storage then lot!

Kitchen arrived on time with a 3 week lead time , no issues at all and our kitchen fitter said it was the best quality kitchen he had ever fitted.

If you are reading this review wondering whether Elgar is the right company to design your kitchen, especially given the smaller size of the company and that they are fairly new.... They absolutely 100% are. Do it, you will not regret it!!

Thrilled with our new kitchen designed and purchased from Elgar kitchens.
The quality of the product is superb with so much attention to detail. There were a few issues along the way but Adam dealt with them swiftly and resolved them all perfectly.

We wanted to update our small kitchen and had been recommended Elgar Kitchens, so thought we would give them a try. We had tried other places and were disappointed with their responses but Elgar Kitchens gave us the attention to detail we were looking for. Their showroom is stunning and it really gives you an idea of their fanastic design capabilities and also the quality in products they sell. Special thanks goes to Lisa Cartier who helped and advised with choosing our new kitchen colours and accessories, she really is a star. Dan who fitted our kitchen is just the best at what he does, he truly is a professional and felt he went above and beyond in fitting our kitchen. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him. Just the very thought of going through the process of ordering a new kitchen was too much for us.... I called Lisa at Elgar and there we began!!! My anxiety was eased immediately. It could not have been any better!!
Right from the word go she made us feel comfortable and we never felt any pressure at any stage.
Sam - who was brilliant - came out and helped with the design and answered all of our questions.
We had a budget and they worked very hard to help us keep to it... even with my hot tap!!!
The contractors were all excellent - worked together and made it so smooth for us.

When we recently moved we thought we would easily find that special kitchen we’d been waiting for, but we weren’t inspired by anything the larger suppliers were offering. Then someone suggested we check out Elgar Kitchens. We found the kitchen we were looking for within ten minutes of walking through the door. The team were knowledgeable and helpful – giving us space to make our choices while being on hand to help, when needed. The design was particularly important for us as one of us is blind and loves to cook. Sam listened carefully to what we wanted as well as making his own suggestions. We are delighted with our new kitchen and recommend Elgar kitchens to anyone looking for a stylish, distinctive, well-designed kitchen.

Needed a new oven and microwave and Lisa was amazing sourcing this for us and it was delivered within a few days. They both look amazing in out kitchen and will be going back to Elgar when we update our kitchen in a few years. What a fantastic company.

2 years ago we had our kitchen supplied and fitted, we loved it so much that last week our beautiful Elgar Bedroom was fitted. We absolutely love it! From start to finish Elgar Kitchens have been amazing! From our initial designs that changed to suit our taste and budget all options were explored and we never felt rushed with the whole process over the course of a year of designing our kitchen. Elgar Kitchens showroom is home from home place with so many options on storage, appliances, colours and worktops. It really does have it all! Elgar Kitchens supported us all the way and gave us a contact for an amazing kitchen fitter who other tradesmen have already commented on the craftsmanship of his work. We also chose to have our worktops supplied and fitted by Stone and Earth who are linked with Elgar Kitchens and they also exceeded our expectations so seamlessly. We would not hesitate to recommend Elgar Kitchens to others and plan on visiting in the future for our bedroom furniture! We are over the moon with our new kitchen. James at Elgar Kitchens made the whole process easy. He listened to our needs and then came up with an amazing plan. His expertise and experience were second to none. Elgar communicated the whole way through the process and met all their timescales. It was then the turn of the Elgar worktop fitters (quartz) who were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Again, communication at each step of the process was first class.
