Ever since I quit nicotine, their 0% nic products have been such a massive importance to my day-to-day and health, boosting my physical and mental well-being.

Like many reviews, this company is a scam! They saybthey only take the payments they do because they are having issues with they CC system when you are hesitant. They say they would not want to hurt repeat business. So, I paid $107, they shipped it right away. Then the shipping company wanted me to pay $200 for insurance to get it through "customs". It was coming from Cali to AZ, there is no customs within the states! They were holding my vapes for ransom! Once I pointed this out, all communication with me stopped Dirty... do not buy from this company!!!

Scammers - do not buy. I caught on quickly enough to cancel my payment, but others obviously haven't been so lucky.

Scam like Everone else has said in the reviews. Don’t order from this site.

Always the best customer service/product experience in the business. Not giving out 5 ⭐️ cus I wasn’t given free shipping as I was initially promised. This company is fake. Took my order and money. Did not ship product. There’s no phone number to contact anyone and no one responds on the live chat or email.

I had a feeling I was getting scammed and I should’ve trusted my gut. They would only accept Zelle and not PayPal. Of course. I spent over 100$ in elfbars and as of today, about a week later, I received an email that I need to pay and additional 200$ for insurance because my order is stuck at customs, in the state where I live. I said I’ve had enough problems with this order and I’d like my money back. Their email no longer works AT ALL and now they’re not responding via website chat or the phone number they were texting me through. +1 (209) 314-0244. I should’ve known better especially when I literally said to them I feel like I’m being scammed. Dummy me, I guess.
