I am happy to report a positive experience with this website. I purchased a jersey. It arrived in 11 days (cross country) and is exactly as pictured - really nice. Fits well - true to size.

extremely slow and misleading service. been waiting one month for item i ordered. stay away from this company

Ordered a hoodie/ leggings combo for my wife for her birthday. Actually didn't care about the hoodie at all it was just a bonus, and that's all they sent. When I asked them about it they said I never ordered leggings just the hoodie even though the COMBO was in the description. I wrote back a professional but disappointed email back to them... and nothing but crickets. Stay away! Had my doubts going in having to turn on international transactions with my bank and turns out I was 100% correct. Least my wife likes the hoodie I guess.

I was so excited when I ordered this for my Grandson and I couldn't wait to get it! Then after weeks it finally came and the disappointment was overwhelming! I paid 60.00 for a Michigan hoodie for my grandson and it is crap! Very poor quality. I ordered a adult sm and it looks like a 2x it's for a size 14/16 child! The colors are Blue and gold bit for some reason the sewed orange straps onto the front pocket. I'm just disgusted knowing how bad my grandson is going to feel when he receives this!!

Like a couple other reviewers, the picture (long-sleeved) doesn't match what I received (short-sleeved). They said the "Long-sleeve shirt giveaway" , which is in the description of what I ordered, is a template, not the actual product description, but nowhere in the description or my order confirmation does it say "short sleeved". They said they can't send a replacement since they "sent the correct item", but could give me a 30% coupon for a future order. As if I'll ever order from them again! Just wish I'd read all these reveiws first.

This company has the morals of a rat !!
My company is making Charlie Kirk wristbands to honor his life , and this company just ripped off our design and artwork directly from the internet and is trying to sell our design for $6.00 more than we are .
We actually give $5.00 directly to TPUSA . This company are scum bags . Please do not support them .

Garbage! Said it's a jersey, but not quality. Coming from California, came from China. XL fits like a men's medium. Shop DHGATE.

I ordered on 7/11 and it is 7/25 and I still have not received my product not even an email today if it has been shipped

Purchased an Ohio State National Championship Hat. Received it. It was a poor quality hat with silk screen imprints rather than embroidered logos and designs. For the amount paid I expected to receive a quality embroidered hat. I suspect the use of the Ohio State logos were not authorized as there were no TM markings on them. I have reported the use of the logos to The Ohio State University. I am sending a request for a full refund to the seller.

They make knock offs but don’t tell you until you are unhappy. I ordered the Stanley Illini Cardinal cup giveaway that was orange and etched. I got a red cup with an Illini and cardinals painted logo. This was their reply.

This company is a Scam. The picture of the shirts I ordered was totally different from the shirts I received, and the quality was very poor. They refused to send me a return label -- they will only offer a 30% discount on a future offer. I'll never order from them again, so this is bogus.

I ordered a jersey from this company a XXL. The amount of time it took for the delivery was beyond usual. On tracking the item, I noted it was coming from Asia. That concerned me immediately. My experience with Asian manufacturers, has not been good. They don’t make sizes, that are usual for the west or the American market. Unfortunately, I was correct. Upon receipt of the jersey, the size was more like a large. My chest, my arms, and my abdomen felt pressure. I was only able to button the top button. The rest I couldn’t button it was too small. Upon speaking to the company, first they asked for pictures, then they asked me to take measurements. When i declined to take measurements, they offered me a 30% discount. Essentially telling me to come spend more money with a Company that I’m completely dissatisfied with. Buyer beware, this Company plays games.

Fake stuff from China and sizes run SMALL ...I ordered a Medium jersey from them and it fits like an extra small. When asked to exchange they says no and offered a 30% off coupon to purchase again

I have 3 of the original Authentic LA Dodgers pride jerseys in a medium ..it's a great COPY but the sizing is WAY SMALL.

This company sells products with artwork stolen from makers on Etsy. Do not buy from this unethical company. For example they are selling corgi pajamas with artwork from Melinda Tracy Boyce of Party Mouse Studio.

Never trust a company that doesn't do returns or exchanges. I learned the hard way. Now I have a $50 dust rag.

I placed an order on 12/12/23 and as of today 12/26 it still says order “processing” when I track order. I have emailed their support team 5 times with no response. This company must be a SCAM. Don’t fall for it - never order from Eletees.

I made an order and cancelled within an hour, as I no longer needed the item. Their cancellation terms state you can cancel within 6 hours, and there will be a 10% fee, which is fine. They replied 2 days later stating it was too late as the order had been manufactured. I replied noting their clear website terms, they are now ignoring me. Order with extreme caution. Their terms mean nothing, and their customer service is terrible.
